Most governments in the west have destroyed the middle class. The majority of drivers will not be able to afford a 1 k plus per month minimum car payment on top of the other pricey aspects of EV ownership. Products rely on consumers ability to purchase. The unsold EV’s greatly outnumber the ones being purchased. But the ideologues will never give up on this nonsensical approach to a greener economy.
