The unlock button on our 45 is worn through but still works so this is a job for me to do soon. In fact, we stopped using the 2nd key because of this. I'll need to look around for a new casing. Thanks.
Just had a brand new Key cut with new circuit board and still does not work the central locking unlocks the car locks the car and starts like the same problem you had did you solve the problems.

@barthomer1000 the new Key shell worked fine, and the car unlocked locked and started ok once it had been changed as in the video
