When threading the machine make sure the foot is raised. This opens the tension discs so the thread passes between them and you'll get proper tension. You can lower the foot once you want to thread the needle eyes and that will give you more room to do that.
When you run out of upper looper thread (green position) and replace with a new spool, do you have to un-thread the lower looper thread (blue position) to thread the upper looper then get thread the lower looper in the correct order?
You may not have to, but make sure the lower looper thread passes OVER the upper looper thread again or the machine won't form a chain.
Hi I'm wondering if the curve foot for the other babylocks are compatible with this model. I cant find any info online about extensions for this.
sewing.patternreview.com/SewingDiscussions/topic/77292. These feet are supposed to fit the Diana. The machine is basically a Singer and many of their feet fit the Diana. Also some Viking and Pfaff feet. If you do a Google search you'll find info, as I did.
