[IMPORTANT] If you're using the earbuds in app and have paired them with your phone first,
you have to factory reset them in the app, put them back in the case, disconnect your phones bluetooth, take em out of the case and then go through the process shown in these videos of how to connect them with PC.
First connect them into computer, so it recognizes it as a audio device, THEN connect them with your app and phone like you did before.
If you do this process in the reverse order, you run into these kind of problems that your computer dont recognize the bluetooth earbuds as audio devices.
I wasted so much time resetting my computer, updating bluetooth drivers ect that I hope this message helps someone!❤

For everyone who cannot see the the playback devices option, go to settings > system > sound and in the right panel, under related settings, click "Sound Control Panel". Hope this helps and Please like this so others can see.

yes we have the same problem bro , the best solution is go to device manager > click bluetooth > right click "microsoft bluetooth enumerator" (or possible any of the other bluetooth devices) then uninstall it > then at the very top click ACTION " scan for hardware changes" . IT WORKS!! . RESPOND IF YOURS WORKS TOO :)

Excuse me solution centre ,I plead you to please reply and give me a solution for this or pls make a quick short vid as soon as possible for it . I have clicked on pair the headphone and then it shows connected but then again shows paired and then when I try to connect it again, it will show connected but then again it will show paired within 10sec. And there is no sound in the headphones throughout . I have tried what you said but it shows paired automatically though I had connected it. I have also updated my drivers and have kept audio sinc on.
I am having problems learning online because of this bluetooth.

If it shows ur bluetooth is connected but voice is not coming then following might help
OPEN SETTING > GO TO BLUETOOTH SECTION AT THE RIGHT SIDE YOU WILL FIND "SOUND SETTING" IN BLUE COLOR,
CLICK ON THAT AND AT TOP U WILL FIND "OUTPUT" or "CHOOSE UR OUTPUT DEVICE" there u select ur bluetooth and it may resolve ur problem.
I hope it works and sorry if i made any mistakes¯\_(ツ)_/¯

After you do this, and this still doesn't work you probably have a microphone built into your headphones, which means windows detects it as a headset, and sets your microphone to it too. Change it to anything else in the same settings as in the video but in the recording tab.
It should work now, for some reason windows doesn't work with two way Bluetooth signal meaning you can only hear OR record from one Bluetooth device. Meaning if you try to do it with both windows will shit itself instead of fixing this issue for you, classic Microsoft move.
