I agree. My father has had I thing for her 😀. And when I heard her music I understood. So humble too, she doesn’t have that ego on her, and she could tbh.
I got to see her perform her show in person, no more than 15 feet from my face. She had a unique ability two draw you in and feel she was singing only to you. I’ll never forget that night.
I remember when (right around '77) a new AM station started in L.A. which played "The Music of Your Life" -- music from the 30s, 40s, 50s, and occasionally 60s. I was thrilled to find it. Johnny said the call letters -- KGRB -- I didn't remember them. This music became syndicated and stations all over the country picked it up. As the older people died off some of the stations remained, but dropped, first the 30s, then the 40s. The station up in Seattle is KIXI and you can find it online but it isn't the same any longer.

She graces any place she walks in to. Her songs reach places in then heart you were not aware of. She brings you in and the journey is wonderful.
So much love and kindness in her heart.

she reminds me of dusty springfield. both so classy and so lovely
so interesting! at one point she refers to someone she was signing with as unsighted. very thoughtful and progressive for 1977!

She addresses the #1 Conundrum of life; "Is sex love?" Amazing.
The answer is: it’s part of it. Even though sometimes we deny it.
Is that all there is? 😊
Let’s break out the booze and have a ball!
And just keep dancing
No kidding! Wish it was longer, and wonder if she sang any on this episode :)
Who is the other lady?
What a bad picture quality! Looks like a worn out VHS.....her face was totally destroyed.....a pity....

you can always count on someone in any of these videos to say something like “when TV had class”. If you’re that unhappy, go outside.
Then get stabbed by a gang member who had no father around and watched too much trash
