What’s up guys!! The weather has been quite cold here in Mumbai & I guess in other parts of the country too & I couldn’t hold myself back to cook some hot & delicious Thukpa. Usually I cook many versions of it but since a lot of you guys wanted the vegetarian version, here it is! Enjoy the awesome mausam with this piping hot soup & do not forget to prep my momo chutney with it. Cheers
You make desi things in royal style that's why your recipes are amazing 👍👍👍

Your demonstration should receive an Oscar, for best food styling meaning a blind man can know just listening, a deaf can just watch and a dumb can be happy drooling .Thanks and a pat on the back to the cameraman to bring it alive on screen.

One of my 1st Veg restaurant's top selling soup was Thupka, my oriental chef Gurang mastered it and since then one of my fav winter soups is Thupka. Your version, YFL style is great for home cooking. Excellenly done. BTW, pl share the detail of the song played in ur vdo in the end.
The song is wild by bird of figment. Here is the link to the song: ruclips.net/video/kUaemhus8bM/видео.html

The first time I had thukpa was in a small restaurant at a place called Munirka in Delhi. And watching this just reminded me of how impressed I was by the combination of soup and noodles😅
And whenever I want to try a new recipe, I always watch your videos and thank u so much for this recipe, I really wanted to make thukpa today for my family (^^)
I too had thukpa there in munirka.
Omg!
This was absolutely wonderful.
It’s very cold and gloomy these days where I live and I thought of making this noodles soup. Hands down the best and easiest recipe and all of us including my kids licked the bowl clean.
I was eagerly waiting for an authentic and original Thukpa recipe on youtube and finally I got it from you.
This may be original but not authentic. This is not how Thupka is made. This looks like a nice recipe but look elsewhere for "Thupka".
You are just superb and honest , you don't hide anything like ingredients
Thankyou 😊
I live in Colorado USA close to the border of Mexico, so we have very strong infusions of Mexican cuisine. Your Momo Chutney is almost a Mexican fresh salsa! All that was needed was lime juice and onions...and you would have had a perfect table salsa to eat with flatbread tortillas. I love the beautiful colors in your recipes. Thukpa is new to me. It's cold here too, so Thukpa will be on my menu!
I have had this recipe countless times now, and I fall in love with it everytime! Thank so much for sharing this recipe ❤️

Request you to show how to make a good basic veg and nonveg stock at home in a pressure cooker.
Bizarre to ask,I know, but I strugglle with making a good stock at home that can be easily made in a pressire cooker. And is not a monstrous ,mental hurdle!
Loved it especially the momo chutney and the noodle trick😋
Just made this for the family, that momo chutney just cinches the whole dish together! Amazing and thank you! 🎉

Soo glad that you show recipes in veg most times.
Very nice style of explaining the recipe. I love to watch all . Thanks for sharing.
I love Thukpa, it is so Heartwarming soul enriching a bowl of happiness and comfort. We used to get such good ones in Delhi's MT Tibetan colony
This is great. Brings back a lot of memories of when I was in Dharamsala 25+ years ago having this soup at a restaurant just outside a monastery. A popular offspring in Delhi was the Talumein soup which we used to get in the indo/chineese food vans. Would love for you to post that recipe. Keep up the good work! Cheers.
Also you need to run the noodles under cold water after cooking or else they will keep cooking in their heat even after you drain them.
Wow awesome recipe 😍 i had this thukpa in Gangtok 2 yrs back. Definitely going to try this. Thank you 😊
This look so scrumptious ❤❤❤definitely gonna make this. Thank you so much for this recipe😊
