it's the injury from eren being the best boyfriend from historia it was a permament injury and best husband series is supposed to show the physo theropy and struggle while mikasa being supporting him through this and pusing him..... techinically, these therapy are only effective after the period of injury,......if it's been long , there isn't much to improve , also the damage caused by the injury can improve but not recover,........ 😅butttt, since it's chat story, were gonna let that medical point slide and let eren play catch with his kid
