  • I did do an in depth video on these Kato N scale #4 turnouts a while back so this is just a quick video from packet through setup to layout.

    Thanks for sharing absolutely brilliant. Question can you use the original Kato throw switches for the turnouts ?

      Hi. Yeah, the standard kato 24-840 point switch will operate the turnouts no problem. Ben.

    Thanks for the video. You didn't describe what other pieces came in the pack. There appeared to be two other small pieces of track included in the #4 kit.

      Hi. Sorry about that, the 2 additional track pieces are angled short straights, both left hand and right hand to allow you to alter the track spacing between the main and diverging track coming from the point.
