- Lab Test Lucas Motor Oil vs. Lucas Motor Oil with Pure Synthetic Oil Stabilizer.
In the Lab at Lucas Oil Products, we are conducting a Lab Test to show you how the difference between what motor oil with pure synthetic oil stabilizer can do in comparison to just using motor oil alone. Watch and find out the results! Спорт
Thanks for your video and time that was really cool to see how much better it stuck to the walls I had no idea!!!😆👍🏻
The cling on long parks is why my motors last so long. Dip sticks will not rust with lucas. Love them lucas additives. A lildabldoya!
Thanks for the video, I have been using the Lucas oil stabilizer for over 20 years and with my gen 3 hemi the Lucas Full Synthetic oil additive since I bought the truck two almost three ago from my Father.
Nice , great info.
Good video just wondering does it change the oil viscosity say from a 5w30 to like a 5w40 or 10w40?
Same. Just clings onto metal parts better for more protection.
I am totally convinced. I did some stupid thing to my Toyota ECHO at 210K. That car had miss fires on random cylinders and squeaky noises ever since. 3 days ago, I put 1/4 of a bottle of Lucas synthetic oil stabilizer. The miss fires are gone, vibration reduced a lot, the squeaky sound gone immediately, and engine quiet down. I am totally convinced. You will have me a customer for life. I will use it on ALL my cars in the future.
It just thickens it, making it run slower... i could do the same thing using a 10w30
Was this test done at room temperature? The inside of an engine at full temp is over 200 degrees will it still cling to the walls at that temperature as it dose in your video? And other people have already sent samples of your products to independent labs to be tested and discovered that your oil stabilizers contain little to no additives it just a very heavy weight base oil nothing else. The problem with this is adding this product to your engine oil that already has a balanced additive package will be disrupted and diluted resulting in the engine oil breaking down sooner over time.
Your products are in my cars/dirtbike/firearms! Keep up the good work!!! Be safe and God bless!!!
I agree 💯 present.
I love Lucas! I use the Pure Synthetic with every oil change along with synthetic oil. My car runs silky smooth. Thank you Lucas.
You need a link to your products.
I have a 650hp 5.0 supercharged Jaguar XF-R with 100k for miles . I use 5-20w full syn liq moly and live in hot Georgia. Should I use lucus and should I use heavy duty or full synthetic? I currently have no issues with my engine with dry start or anything.
We would recommend our Pure Synthetic Oil Stabilizer for your vehicle 👍 Nice ride!
What is even in this Oil additive Lucas peeps? Ester? Zinc?
If I have an engine that has high milleage and runs pure synthetic, which should I use? Lucas High Mileage or Lucas Pure Synthetic?
Go with the Lucas High Mileage. The Lucas Pure synthetic are for the cars that use thinner oils like 0W20 and such.
I used heavy duty on my 5.7 hemi that I run 5w-20 full synthetic oil do I need to be running full synthetic stabilizer instead of heavy duty stabilizer
You can run Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer in your 5.7 Hemi, but the Pure Synthetic Stabilizer would be the better choice for your particular vehicle.
@@LucasOilProducts thank you
Just bought the high mileage stabilizer for my sons camry with 290k. It burns a bit and Ive tried them all, changing out PCV and hose and added Lucas. Fingers crossed.
We have a 2013 Rav 4 we purchased used with 219k it consumes a lot of oil using 0w20 (eco oil that’s recommended from Toyota) started using Lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer with each oil change and the oil consumption has decreased significantly!
I have been using Lucas products for many years it works plan and simple
Well, what's the difference between the Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer and the Full Synthetic?
Thats also my question
Can you use it on a 2019 Ford Mustang Ecoboost turbo engine ??
Absolutely.
Why not just add it to your oil from Lucas factory?
Beat me to it
Probably because you wouldn’t be getting what’s advertised on the label, add it to 0w20 and it’s now heavier that a 20weight
@@bradleyhomer3590yup,its close to a 5w30 per lab testing but not quite.
Motor oil has other applications too
@@johncoulter8966 please do tell?
why not castor bean oil
2013 Civic Si with 200k miles. Pure synthetic stabilizer or High mileage?
We would recommend our Pure Synthetic Stabilizer #10130 for your vehicle. This product will not change the viscosity of your motor oil as much as our High Mileage would.
Used Lucas products for years, they are the best , PERIOD no questions asked !!!!!!!¡
What’s the best Lucas oil additive for a CLA250 160k ?
For a CLA 250 our Lucas Pure Synthetic Stabilizer would be a great choice.
@@LucasOilProducts not the high mileage one ?
Our Pure Synthetic Oil Stabilizer will deliver the same great benefits that you are looking for in the High Mileage Stabilizer without being too viscous for your vehicle.
I run luces injector cleaner in my truck one month if I get my Harley Davidson im run lucas oil in my motorcycle
Крутой продукт мы в рф тоже льем его
Halvoline Super Pro DS, I mean Lucas.
Can you add an Arabic translation And you will notice an increase in the number of views thank you
Looked the same
After much deliberation this is my final conclusion of the big "lucas debate".
Everywhere you look online you find self appointed experts who are quick to tell others to stay away from oil additives because "they are snake oil."
You also find almost as many people claiming they found benefits and have very clear reasons and examples of why they found benefits.
What you dont find is people claiming the product harmed their engine in any way.
Let that sink in.
Then you have the viscosity debate. People are quick to assume that using factory oem weight is best because...well just because they said so.
What they fail to consider is the money trail. Cafe standards are not testing longevity, they test efficiency. Using thinner oil means higher MPG. Higher MPG means lower cost of ownership, more sales, and financial benefits when it comes to carbon tax for both manufacterer and user.
People will argue "engine clearances" yet ferrari uses 10w40 or 50 in their engines. So do high power mopar engines. Are you really claiming those engines have "loose clearances"😅
The bottom line is that people who say "no to lucas", have very little evidence or experience with the product to back that up.
People who say "yes to lucas", gave it a try for one reason or another and found benefits. They did not simply wake up one morning and take to the internet to tell others to start using it.
Did I miss anything? Lemme know if I did.
👏You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar!
@@bigboreracing356 Ok so lucas has no bad reputation because of cyberbullying. Boy you over thought that one.
And it causes oil sludge in old engines that only drop the pan after adding Lucas. Brilliant.
If lucas was not helpful to worn engines it would have a bad reputation. Fear of retribution.😅 You must be kidding. That is truly hilarious. Thanks for the laugh.
@@bigboreracing356 Ya I know your type. Perceive everything how you want while over explaining yourself to cover for the lack of ability to read and comprehend. My guess is, you spend all day arguing with people in the same way because your good at it. Judging by your nearly 1 to 3 ratio of videos to subs you also think your pretty important to keep posting the useless content about what you did that day. Get a life my dude.
@@bigboreracing356This guy is easily the saddest man in the world. You obviously spend all day on RUclips. Not even links, just wasting your day.😅
@@bigboreracing356 You get paid to sit around grifting all day with your 600 subs and 300 videos 😅
Who do you think you are fooling. Bro. You are sad. Truly. Get help.
An effing commercial😒
One important question is do you know JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOR?
Adding thicker oil will run down slower than thinner oil. This test is garbage.
If it raises oil pressure it has to thicken viscosity. So yes you are technically right. But I think their argument more is film protection stays on moving parts longer therefore helping cold starts or starts in general which is when most engines wear happens. Have you heard of Lubeguard LX heavy duty additive? I use it. It has esters
how much do you use? my 2016 SS Camaro takes 10 quarts.
We recommend a 20% treatment rate. You will want to use 2 bottles of Lucas Oil Stabilizer & 8 bottles of motor oil.
