    P.S. Talking while doing these movements was sooo hard 😳 please don’t mind my grammar and that I mix up words all the time 😅 being upside down was too much for my 🧠😂

      Aww thank you! ❤️✨ I‘m slowly getting there 😄 It does look easier (and cooler I think) but it’s definitely harder 😅
      I got so annoyed with my hair 😂 but I thought why not share the awkward moments too 👩🏼😆

    I teach yoga and I am also a heel fan, but in downward dog I like to press my heels down to stretch my calf. Also pushing up in upward dog, you have to press your shoulder down, lift your chest and engage more into a backbend.

      Hi Niki, thanks for the tips. That's right! You would do those stretches without heels first as a warm up and then do them in heels. It's a great way to strengthen the ankles and to work on the balance if you do it like that in heels ❤

    Hi Sandra, was für ein Zufall, erst heute sind meine Yoga Blöcke angekommen 😂 Möchte damit auch ein paar Kraftübungen/Stretching machen :)
    BTW der Handspring wird auch besser aber drinnen bin ich leider noch nicht.

Ich hab die letzten Monate meinen Handspring etwas vernachlässigt und ich muss sagen, dass ich überrascht bin wie viel Kraft und Sicherheit man verliert 😅 geb nicht auf, es ist wirklich die Übung und die Muskulatur. Aber du bist auf dem richtigen Weg 😍
