This man makes me uncomfortable, and I could tell Drew was uncomfortable, too. Wouldn't it be strange to have 100 half-siblings, and be the product of some kind of narcissism? It's like being the child of a cult leader. I wonder what that does for the kids, psychologically.

This has to be some type of narcissism. Do you know how destabilizing it is to a society to have such an arrangement? A single husband having an affair in a village with a married woman has the potential to destroy the entire settlement.

Ari might describe it as “having a 100 kids,” but that’s not the way most people would see it.
There should be laws against this. So many potential health issues if these kids unknowingly meet, marry and reproduce together.
It’s unfortunate that people try to make him out like a bad guy. Women want him. He’s not pushing himself on them. He is answering their desire. He’s a good dude. Funny too.
