It has been a big week for our whole home renovation!! The plumbers DID arrive this week and have added all the plumbing we need for the new bathroom we added. Chris is sharing some pro tips on ensuring the plumbing fixtures in your home renovation project are placed at the right height!
Heather had a MAJOR find at Home Depot with some affordable herringbone marble tiles, a follow-up from our flooring video: • Picking the Perfect LV...
We also settled the laundry room and mudroom makeover design debate AND solved the problem of the Ikea pax wardrobes being too short for the space by pivoting to Ikea kitchen cabinets! The new cabinets are in the most stunning moody grey-green colour, in line with the modern organic interior design trend Heather LOVED for this renovation!
Also, Chris removed 50 years of floor squeaks. He is committed to making this home beautiful and as well-built as possible during this house flip; isn't he just the best?

I appreciate that you are taking such care with this house and not treating it like a flip house. For example, taking the time to fix the floor squeaks, moving the attic access panels, and correcting the HVAC issues in a previous video. The laundry mudroom is going to be so pretty.

Thanks so much Cyndi!!! Yes we HATE the fast flips that are all about profit too. We are creating a home we would want to live in :) hopefully RUclips will help with our income soon too! So we are not so reliant on the house profits.
