    Sir, how do u know if u can upgrade ur laptop to an SSD if ur laptop's stock HD is only 1tb HDD?

      Hi! If your laptop is equipped with an hdd, you can almost always upgrade it to an ssd. It is most definitely a 2.5 inch sata hdd and you can replace that with a 2.5 inch sata ssd. 1tb ssd tend to be more expensive, though, so it would be best for you to check your laptop model and find out how many hard drive slots it has. If it has another one, you can just add an ssd and make that your boot drive.
