hi! di ko po pinalitan yung SSD, dinagdagan ko lang po. Pero kahit po palitan niyo and yung ram po kahit palitan niyo, ok lang po. kasi user replaceable naman po siya sa laptops. basta po do it properly. kasi po any damages done in the process of upgrading WILL VOID the warranty. so ingat lang po. but to be sure po, you can check with your supplier. :) God bless po!

Hi! I personally just reset the windows os and it's working awesome right now. Clean installs work too but I had a personal experience with another Asus laptop (not this one) when i did a clean install and all the drivers were gone. I could not download them from the asus website and i could not use the webcam, trackpad, etc. So i only do clean installs on desktop pcs since then. :)

Hi! Yes, the os that came with the unit i bought is legit. Though, it came with some chinese software (anti-virus) so i was a bit apprehensive of using it as is. I did reset the windows, though. just to be sure. :) God bless! stay safe!

hi! personally po kasi mas priority ko yung maka dagdag ng storage vs longer battery usage. kasi sa workflow po na kung saan gagamitin yung laptop, most of the time po may available naman po na power outlet. yung 90wh battery po kasi na version walang space for the 2.5in sata drive. thank you! Hi! you can just press the start button, go to settings, then go to update and security, click the check for updates, and windows should automatically download the drivers you need for your laptop :) for the gpu, you can go to nvidia.com and download the latest driver there. i would suggesto to download their geforce experience software so it automatically downloads driver updates for you gpu. it's free. :) God bless! Hi! yes, dalawang 16gb ang ginamit para sa 32gb kasi yung stock na 16gb ram is dalawang 8gb para naka dual slot yung occupied. Thank you! God bless! :)

Di naman din po ako professional na IT/Computer expert. Average guy lang po :p Medyo malaking halaga narin po kasi ang 38k ngayon lalo na po sa panahon ng pendemya kaya naibahagi ko ang opinion ko na may mga mas "sulit" na laptop kesa dito tulad ng mga Machenike sa Lazada lalo na pag nag sale po sila. Sa parehong halaga mas malakas na po ang processor at gpu. Pero gaya rin po ng sinabi ninyo, may kanya kanya naman po tayo na standards ng kung ano ang sulit at ano ang hiindi sulit para sa atin. :) Much respect, sir Vincent. God bless po :)

Despite their recent pr dillema, I chose j&t. I was assured by seller that they pack it well enough to be protected from damage. Also the other option is not any better in terms if public image. So either way... ayun. Haha

I guess the 16gb was already enough for the workload we were doing. but we're confident we'll maximize the ram once we start doing more after effects projects. Hi! Ok naman battery niya pero d ko nagamit for gaming. For editing ok din naman. Di ko na natest exactly how long it lasts editing purely on battery. But i can say at least 3 hours kaya.

HI! I did not have any problems with thermals in the short time that I used it. Never experieced thermal throttling so far when I used it. Airflow is ok in my opinon. I honestly did not do any benchmarks na kasi based on so many reviews ok naman yung performance niya talaga based on its specs. :)

@@emarexarts Hi Sir! First, check the exact model of the laptop that you got po. If naka sata hdd na po siya, wala na po cable kasi na occupy na po yun slot ng 2.5in na sata drive. If naka M.2 SSD po yung laptop, dapat po may kasamang sata cable for the 2.5in.

@@happyreviewer9491 im pretty sure NVME ssd 512gb ung storage ko... so ssd drive bay should be empty, kaso walang included sata cable in the box in both orders ko, dalawang unit kasi binili ko. Ung 4800H - 1660ti model

pero if naka m.2 ssd po yung model niyo tapos wala po talaga sata cable for the 2.5in na kasama, you can get one po sa lazada, search for asus sata connector/adapter po. I think it's around 200 pesos pero better make sure po na compatible siya sa model para mas ok :) God bless!

Actually sa totoo lang, based on my observation sa unit, wala naman downside, orig kasi na unit siya and licensed naman yung windows so pwede mo reset lang yung windows and yung mga pre-installed Chinese apps like yung anti-virus niya mawawala na. :) global warranty rin siya for 2 years. You can register your laptop's serial number sa official asus website.

Hi! If your laptop is equipped with an hdd, you can almost always upgrade it to an ssd. It is most definitely a 2.5 inch sata hdd and you can replace that with a 2.5 inch sata ssd. 1tb ssd tend to be more expensive, though, so it would be best for you to check your laptop model and find out how many hard drive slots it has. If it has another one, you can just add an ssd and make that your boot drive.

@@not_autistic_336 as far as i know, your best bet for installment plans would be in physical stores na like octagon, villman, abenson, pc express, etc. :) they have 6 months to 12 months installment plans at 0% interest. :) call to check what models are available at which branches. :)
