What year is your truck? If you have a Derringer it is 20 or 21, it did not give it good throttle response? It improved Hp 75-80hp? Still have dpf & scr?

My 2020 AT4 2500HD has terrible turbo lag, most bothersome at take off. It seems to take about a second or more to kick in..does this solve that lag?
