With regards to trauma and trauma therapy, I'm with you. MPTSD from childhood procedures and harassment by doctors has been one of the main factors in my mental illness, and one of the hardest to overcome. My therapist (who I've been with for 7 years) was even wary of treating me when it cropped up again. I love you, I hear you, and I hope you get what you need.

Great to see you posting a vlog! I am in the USA, so it may not apply to the NHS, but have you heard of EMDR, a treatment for PTSD that helps people process traumatic memories? It cannot really be done remotely, and I know you are in a high risk group for COVID-19.....but maybe in the future? Best wishes from Minnesota.

Congratulations on getting on your masters course! That's very exciting! You definitely seem more assured than in your older videos, that confidence you talked about really comes through. I don't know much about poetry, but I think Grief is a Thing With Feathers is one of John Green's favourites?
Hope you can get the care you need, I know it's especially difficult with complex conditions. Stay safe! Hope you can find joy amid the challenges
P.S. I actually really liked that ending!

So impressed by your courage and clarity. Found you off of twitter. People I know with mental health issues also find their physical probs taken less seriously. Advocacy helps. Want to hear your poems. Are they here somewhere? Looking...🙂

Lovey to see you back Hannah. Hope you're doing as well as possible. I can totally relate to the difficulties of trying to access support when you have difficulties with both your physical and mental health so know that you are not alone. All the best with your studies it sounds super exciting for you and something that you'll really enjoy. Also I just wanted to ask how you put your videos together, do you use iMovie or something else?
