Hey t90 you should check out SHAWNSHAWN. He is a rising star on steam. He has a unique strat that he plays over and over and just win games. He is also on Voobly but not so much

I just don't how they were able to balance pressure, defence and eco all together. They're both very good players, have to give it to mbl for not giving up!
If you have three gold piles in one place whatever you do - don't place defences there until castle...
I like the more vanilla matches cause it builds the community. If every stream was like an NFL game where the audience is mostly ignored I would watch about as much as I watch NFL games.
I was expecting a custom map generation with no gold rocks. I think that would be rather interesting.

@@DaddyMouse, Well, there wouldn't be a big buffer of trees stopping early aggression. I think it would be rather different.
@@JNCressey True that! this could definitely be a community map idea. Civs with good trash and discount on gold units would probably be in the meta on those maps

LC is still the best upgrade in the entire game.
Hussar is still the worst.
If he had ignored the knight option and went LC + chain mail barding, it would have been way better for MBL imo. Every scout from then on would have been better, and he leaned on them a lot.
It's not like the knights were really needed for anything.

I'm going to summarize, because google gave me a preview when it dinged me:

That's where it cut off. so let's break it downnn.

The LC upgrade costs 20 more food than the two knights he produced, which is what I recommended cutting. Pure terror. They also use the same upgrades that knights do. They also have the same total pierce armor that Knights do. The advantage to knights is against fighting other melee units. Something his knights essentially never did.
Saving that gold also means faster Bodkin/Chain Barding or an extra mangonel significantly sooner, which I'd much rather have against a siege / skirm / pike army than two knights.
Secondly:
"LC without upgrades is shit, and even..." I'm just going to fill in what he probably said here "upgraded ones aren't very good either"
So you'd rather have two knights temporarily than having access to LC? Because he went for two knights instead of an upgrade he would have been reaping the advantage of for the rest of the game. He literally didn't even upgrade Hussar. For *the rest of the game* he used Light Cavalry.

How do I rotate gates? They are really annoying trying to place and they never go where I want them.
It's a mod, like the grid or small trees.
If you play on steam you need to place palliesades first. and then place. Gate on top.

The "great" factor is given by the high level of reaction and knowledge of the players. Some connections between what they see and what they do are so fast and fruitful that it's impressive. Also decisions, tactic choices, multitasking, micromanagement etc. are simply great.
Mostly because of the back and forth nature of the game I'd say

Salmon everyday is not a problem! 😋
Salmon contains a lot of heavy metals. Eating it every day definitely *is* a problem as they can accumulate faster than your body can flush them. If we're talking dinner sized portions you really shouldn't eat it more than twice a week to stay on the safe side.

Look, I know you've heard this a million times but maybe it will help if I say it like this:
The plural of man is men.
At-arms is a status, similar to an adjective.
A man who is at arms is a man-at-arms.
Men who are at arms are men-at-arms.
At-arms is simply affixed to the end of "man" or "men" and suffix aside, you would say man or men just as you would normally.

If Dreavis doesn't have a problem with it... then why would you? Try to answer that without making yourself the centre of attention (which is what you really want; I can see it).
