I also still work for ACT and SAT and I work at a medical University in Kansas City, called KCU. The main reason I am texting you is because I saw where you fell. I fell at my school, backwards and hit hard, while doing lunch duty before the pandemic, on green beans! I also went to the er and had tests, no concussion, but I was not normal for about 6 months. That business district is awesome, the bench jeweler and the rescue animals amazing. I like your new thrifted vest and hat. Loved the overhead footage and your visit to the Yuba River. So i work and we sit together on the bed when i come home we watch his tablet together or i go on here and he is on his sites but we sit together on the bed and share things that intrest us. I live in an area with a high population of retirees. When they pass away their families frequently have sales. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry at these estate sales. I’m so very lucky to have this opportunity because their families don’t want to go to the trouble of packing up stuff and transporting it to where they live.

Thank you for your thrifting videos. I really enjoy them. The Schiap looked hinky to me, too -- the signature and the plating loss. And, although it's hard to be sure from viewing on the screen, the lines didn't seem quite refined enough for Schiaparelli.
Great video. I feel compelled to say that the bird bath shown, I bought an identical one at big lots for $20.00. Also I would not pass up a nice Joan Rivers piece as I look to see them gain quite a bit more value in the years to come.
I have a big cabinet full of Swarovski from the ‘80s, including the chess set, a huge owl, grape cluster and pine apple and many, many other pieces. My kids could probably get rich from an estate sale after I’m gone, seems like that generation is not one bit interested in that kind of stuff, nor do they seem to care about the china, crystal and precious silverware that was so important to our generation; we had to have 12 of each. What a waste!

We had become a "throw away" society, making it easier where we didn't have to worry about washing dishes. But, its so much cheaper to just put that elbow grease in and these days we all need to save money where we can ❤❤❤
