They really did their best in the storytelling with Luke and Lucky because Lucky is a lot like his dad... he does disappear, he does have substance abuse, and he does hurt the people that really love him...but with JJ and Tony Geary, able to bring to the scenes, make them so realistic
These scenes were soo heartbreaking between Luke and Lucky. Felt sorry for Lucky, and Luke, but Luke can't expect that Lucky would just forgive and forget so quickly. they all need Laura back now more than ever! Hopefully, she'll come back soon!
It breaks my heart what is happening between Luke and Lucky. The father ,son bond has been so strong and close. Unless sometime soon or down the road ,they will repair the connection. I know it is just acting but it seems so real and Tony and Jonathan are magnificent. Now they need Laura more than ever. She is their heart and soul.
LOOKING back on these old GH videos. GH writers seriously drop the ball with Luke and Laura and rewrote history . From 1983- 1996 Luke was fine being husband to Laura and father to Lucky . Luke would never cheat on Laura or leave his son Lucky. Luke REALLY changed. Once Laura told Luke about Nicholas Cassadine 1995/1996. Luke became a different man. He became the absent father, he left town , he was capable of cheating with Holly/ father Ethan, he drank more.
And what a response to his dad's condolences for Siobhan!!! "Yeah , well I got thru it"....OMG.!#%*😥😥 But her whole death was treated like crap.....how insensitive😥😥😥😥

Felt sorry for Lucky and he had every right to be angry, but he could have been a bit less bitter towards Luke, who was trying to make things right.
