    Could you explain the taper process, I naively would have thought more of a pump ie gym sessions leading up to show day means you show all your hard work. Great vlog 🙌

      Taper is the cardio and steps, because you do so much your body is tired and doesn’t show as much definition. You still train up to show day then when you load with carbs they go to your muscles and make them look full. The look full because you won’t have had much carbs for weeks 👍🏼 you also pump up with weights before stepping on stage x
