Welcome to this belly dance workout and tutorial! I will be using a number of moves such as hip drops, layered shimmies and unique belly dance hops!
This is a Shabbi Workout! Shabbi is a certain belly dance style which I explain in this Shabby workout! You will get a full workout here burning calories EVERYWHERE! We will be using our legs abs arms and more to make sure you sweat from GO!

Belly dancing is one of the best ways to workout, get fit, lose weight, and feel confident. By doing my workouts you will get toned, drop pounds, and learn the beautiful art of belly dancing. You will be using muscles you probably didn’t even know existed, helping you get strong.
Are you a Beginner? That’s great! Although you might find the moves challenging at first, you will soon get stronger and become more familiar with them. Do the workout a few times, and you will surprise yourself. Now let’s dance!

I'm not sure if you take requests. But, in case you do: I'd have loved to do this exact same one with a slower, more sensual beat. I'd also love to see more slow sensual belly dance workouts.

The figure 8 is my favorite move, but with the shimmies... Lort! I probably look so stupid, but I love it! I’m going to keep practicing! Once I get so much better, I’m going to reward myself with one of your skirt scarf things (sorry I don’t know the proper name for them right now lol).
