    My favorite French pastry: Kouign Aman! Most enjoyed when you get it from an authentic French Patisserie. Yummy!

    wow that looks so good. love to try it, that pate' is so beautiful and looks so tasty. , My granmother use to make us pate' when we were young, its realy good. enjoy the food and the philippines . And that Oyster looks awesome.

    We spent two weeks in France. First week in Lyon and we love the food. We were among French friends. Going back to Paris, we were not able to eat in any restaurants. Unable to speak the language well and no friends to giude us. 😢Let's leave it at that. I want to eat French food again!

    This food is so great: oysters, razor clams, lobster & steak ( no sauce !) , paté en croute, butter, bread with molten Camembert, the desserts and the wine .
    My poor liver 😂

    Kouign amman ?!?!?! I had this by accident in Seoul, Korea. Fancy pastry becomes very popular there . But I had no idea about the origins in Breton .

      Hm no. I suppose it is just plain carbon steel, so no stainless steel. Maybe there is a procedure with salt at the start up

      It is in the Philippines indeed. Because everything is imported but those food in France is still affordable aside of the lobster and the piece of meat.
      But you can have a similar experience with much more affordable food.

    Great video. Sadly, french chefs remind me of d french chef whose name begins w/ x and ends w/ r, from a quaint resto in makati that starts w/ n and ends in o. Yes, he’s very mean, and pretty much … A RACIST.

      Nothing will go wrong. These food ingredients show how our ancestors ate, humans are well adapted to these (except for the alcohol 😅). Here, done with traditional French methods.
