Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I personally think Zoe is a great commentator. I think her voice is unique and her insights interesting. No need to insult anyone or put down all the hard work the commentators are doing. The production level of these streams are incredible. We are all very fortunate.
100% agree, it's pretty clear that she's not on the same level as the other more experienced commentators, but I can see she's been improving, people need to give her a chance

It's one thing to make a mistake once in a while but certain commentators (not all) have time and time again proven that they don't actually play the game because they say something wrong every time they come to the caster's desk. And their commentary suffers heavily for it. I'm sure they're trying their best but in a professional setting sometimes doing your best isn't good enough. They have the Open Team sheets prepared in advance. If they don't play the game at least have the diligence to look it up in advance. Or if you don't know something then don't bring it up.
There is definitely something to be said for improvement and constructive criticism. This is at least the 3rd tournament I've heard her cast and I still have to skip the games zoe gasp-casts, it's just really acoustically jarring but granted a personal preference for everyone. Not interested in bullying anyone it just currently significantly detracts from the experience for me.

Lucky play at 3:33:45. She tried to select Trick Room but ran out of time and the move defaulted to the first move and ended up taking out the Ursaluna.
you can't discredit her lol she kept hovering over Haze too for her Dragonite but then wouldn't go for it. She didn't click trick room, if she wanted to click it she would have, obviously.
Really nice to see two women on stream. ✨️ there are some amazing women competitors and you never see them on stream. As an aspiring day 2 competitor, it's exciting to see women succeeding here in VGC.
So many teams running 90% physical attackers. I dont get it. Intimidate is still massive and Archaludon is a huge menace. Thats why Marco's Charizard easily swept most Archaludon teams and we barely see that team lately. Seems to be Typhlosion more.
Alot of people saying "who cares why so serious about commentary" you dont have to be serious about how your game is presented to the public but you cant complain when people say "baby game" and stuff like that when we cant even call moves their right name and whats a physical/special split move.... half the people are like ehh who cares and the other half want VGC to become 1000% more professional and actually broadcast ready
They need to fix the way they show the player and teams, the way moves/text get cut off is quite annoying. Edit: Also having the wrong pokemon pictured with a different move set or ability can be confusing for some.: I don’t mind the commentary so much. But they should have a “battle only stream” where we don’t have to watch all the in between annoyance and can watch the highlights of MULTIPLE battles every round instead just one.

I respect taking a swing at at such a stage, not an easy thing and this kind of scrutiny is hard but I'd rather have to not think about this or have this used as a cudgel by some grifter to say women bad.
