That will come in a future review, but I'm still not very convinced I'm afraid. Not if you compare to what's out there. I'm sure you can make some good use of it, but not as a solo instrument, more baked in. That's my opinion at least🙂
It seems like you only have the Hollywood Orchestra and the Hollywood Solo Harp Libraries but what do you think of Hollywood Choirs? I like the Symphonic Choirs better. The Symphonic Choirs were my first EastWest Library, before them I didn’t even know EastWest. I have to say the WordBuilder impressed me! I think Symphonic Choirs is better than Hollywood Choirs because in Symphonic you get all the Soloist and a Boys Choir. And the Symphonic Choir has its really unique and beautiful sound. And in the Symphonic Choirs you also have the heavy Cinematic Choirs via the Voices of the Apocalypse Expansion pack (which hasn’t aged that well... I guess this is why they don’t sell the expansion anymore). But I think the WordBuilder works better in the Hollywood Choirs. I would love to hear your opinion on the EastWest Choirs :) I personally like all the EastWest Vocal Libraries, there are many which you won’t find anywhere else because they are so specific. You're are pretty much right on with your conclusions. It is specifically good, when included in the subscription service. But I have gone down another route when it comes to choirs. I just think they are a little bit better. I'm taking about 8dio, Fluffy audio, and probably the best one, made by Spitfire.
@@SecondTierSound yeah Spitfire is great! The Dominus Choir is from Fluffy audio, right? And 8dio is also pretty amazing, I just realize that they have a wide range of vocal libraries. Ill watch some videos about their choir stuff :)
@@SecondTierSound I actually have both, HC and SC (and also the expansion pack), I like to blend them together, just like the Hollywood Orchestra and the Symphonic Orchestra, which also has its very own sound (sure it hasnt aged well, but I still like it + there is a Steinway B Piano in there and many solo instruments). What do you think of the Symphonic Orchestra? I mean its pretty old but I think it covers most of the important stuff. Sure its not as detailed as the Hollywood Orchestra, but I think its a nice allrounder. What do you think? Sorry that Im asking all these questions today xD I just really enjoy your videos and I am really interested in knowing what you think about it ^^ Best Levi

Ok, now I know that I'm not crazy. This harp is actually really good and the hollywood solo violin and solo cello are not great! I thought I was just bad at understanding string instruments somehow or something.
