You guys HAVE to make an album or atleast an EP together. Would be incredible. All my favorite modern synth masters in one room. WOW.. so weird that you guys all started collaborating right after I fully discovered you guys. Heaven. Thank you Doc!
one of the best Videos you've ever put out Doctor Mix, loved it. You should make this an annual event where you go and play a concert jam for us with these cool guys every year
Oh, Dr. Mix, Claudio, your unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries warms our hearts! Your RUclips journey over the past few years has been an absolute delight to witness. Beyond all the incredible knowledge you've shared with us, you've accomplished something truly remarkable - you've shown us the boundless power of music and how it can deeply touch our souls. Watching you jam with Anthony Marinelli and the folks at Rosen Sound is not just a sight to behold; it's a heartwarming experience. The synthesizers may be phenomenal, but it's the unmistakable love and genuine friendship that they bring together that truly makes it something extraordinary! I see big things in your future and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy!.
Oh my Goodness you took the words right out of my mouth. Claudio is a magnificent an absolute hero of the music industry. He is an absolute Knight of the studio and a High Lord of the Keys. We are so privileged to live in the same country, no the same continent, where you reside. Just to be alive at the same time. Thank you for being here for us so music lovers.
Not just you. I found Anthony's channel about 6 months ago and I've thought the whole time that we need to get him and Claudio in the same room. And now that it's actually happened multiple times it's exceeded my wildest expectations.
I hadn't know how Casey Young and Vince DiCola worked together for Rocky IV and Transformers before. Thanks for getting me to look that up. Beautiful technology.
I have never felt emotional after a RUclips video ever . This is the first. To see such dedication and passion about synthesis is truly amazing , I don't really know how or why these instruments work but I have always been a devoted fan of great sounds . I implore anyone to watch this episode with a good set of headphones, it will blow your mind . Thank you Claudio.
Absolutely amazing video. So far we've seen an incredible Rhodes room in Hollywood, and now an incredible synthesizer room. What's next, a room full of Neve consoles? A room full of B3s? A room with more than one CS80?
When I worked in the area for a couple of years, we had a guy coming over to the studio when we needed a B3. He had lots of them, also other models. Renting out Hammond organs plus Leslies was his business model. LA is just awesome in regards of music production infrastructure. There's nothing like it anywhere else. You can get ANYTHING within an hour delivered to your place.
I'm finding it hard to dig out the words to describe watching this, bit like you Claudio - at times you were completely speechless. The history and names behind some of the synths is amazing, nice to hear Joe Sample mentioned (I bought the album Streetlife by The Crusaders when I was 12/13) About the same time Sunlight by Herbie Hancock, the album cover (on the back) showed Herbie surrounded by an array of synths, Moogs, Arps, Sequential Circuits etc. Missed the beginning of the video, so just about to watch it now, had to comment first to say how wonderful this was. Thank you - chow4now : )
Amazing. I had a friend who once owned a Hammond B1. The original church organ. Yes… B1! It took four guys to lift that behemoth up into a flatbed. Sadly, it got destroyed in his garage during a hurricane in the Carolinas.
That place is litterrally Aladdins Cave ! . I can only imagine how happy Doctor Mix is - being in RosenSound , WITH Maestro Marinelli . - EPIC Footage ! and so beautiful sounds .... - This REALLY warrants a record ! 🔥🔥🔥 😘
Watching Claudio and these guys playing together and having so much fun made me feel I was there too! I was feeling happy and smiling at my PC monitor. Crazy feeling!
Your content just keeps getting better and better!!! Thank you so much for sharing this with all of us!! So enjoyable to "Meet" all these wonderful people in the music/synthesizer/keyboard world!! You knocked it out of the park with this one!!! (and many many Thanks to Anthony for making all this happen for you and all of us!!)
How about Prophet-5 #9 that belonged to John Bowen? I have seen a Rev1. I think it was in the number fifties. Awesome. Koa wood. So gorgeous. Loved the red switch on the front.
This was exhilarating. Seeing you all play together, each contributing, and seeing your genuinely emotionally overwhelmed, made for a memorable and special episode.
I have a huge, huge love for synths, since I was 6 or 7 years old...maybe unconsciously even earlier........now I remember how it felt when I played these first notes on my first bought synthesizer, back in the eighties...it just all came back to me. THANK YOU, dear Claudio...blessed are all who have synth-sounds running through their veins!
Most people wouldn't know Rob or Anthony on the street, but these guys are giants. They've forgotten more than I know. I am totally in awe. Not so much the hardware (although it is really cool) but the people.
from the very beginning - till the end... GOOSEBUMPS as never seen before on my skin... even the finale jam...... OOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMfGGGGGGGGGG. HEAVEN!
Man you can just hear the tone, the quality of the sound. You just can't get that sound with just plugins. Must have sounded even more amazing in person. WOW!
Awesome, jamming these synths is a RUclips historic event! Move over Moroder and Jarre, etc. These massive classic electronic instruments have soo much more music in them. Please bring it out of them together.
Incredible video ! Just watched the full jam on Anthony Marinelli's channel and came back to watch this again and tell how floored I am. You guys rock !
This is Amazing. I thought your sweet dreams remake video was the best you had done but this just blew my mind. I’m so glad you are in the world and making this content. Thank you.
Ok, I now know that I have become a total synth nerd! This video tour and dialogue had my adrenaline racing, my heart pumping with shear excitement and absolute appreciation for the fabulous instruments presented. A synth heaven indeed!
I love this stuff and was introduced to some of the best in classical music by the master synth player/builder Isao Tomita and I don't know if you know him but I was so amazed at what he accomplished so many years ago with synths.
That was fantastic. You know the one thing I loved apart from the music was the joy on your faces doing something you really love. Now that is inspiring.
Very very cool. Incredible to hear a mention of the great Lyle Mays - one of my music heroes that I actually got to meet long ago. My experience with these classic synths is strictly in the software form, having lots of fun with the Obie soft synths that were developed with the master himself. Thanks for this.
Avec vous deux ces machines sont vraiment des instruments. Des excellents musiciens, des excellentes machines... de la très bonne musique! Bravo et merci!
Amazing video mate.....it was like the 'Ultimate Barn Find' of synthesizer studios. So much history and possibilities right there in the one place! Thanks for sharing! 😎
You guys HAVE to make an album or atleast an EP together. Would be incredible.
All my favorite modern synth masters in one room. WOW.. so weird that you guys all started collaborating right after I fully discovered you guys. Heaven. Thank you Doc!
Made me emotional listening to the playing at the end. Truly magical.
Yes indeed, very emotional .... and .... full of magic !

Just to be alive at the same time.

I can almost feel Edgar and Klaus looking down and smiling. Truly great stuff.
Is it just me or Anthony and Claudio are making a prety awesome team?
Not just you. I found Anthony's channel about 6 months ago and I've thought the whole time that we need to get him and Claudio in the same room. And now that it's actually happened multiple times it's exceeded my wildest expectations.
I almost knew it would be Rob Rosen's studio next to his repair shop.
I hadn't know how Casey Young and Vince DiCola worked together for Rocky IV and Transformers before. Thanks for getting me to look that up. Beautiful technology.
So many toys, so little time. Thank you all for your videos 🙌🙌🙌

Absolutely amazing video. So far we've seen an incredible Rhodes room in Hollywood, and now an incredible synthesizer room. What's next, a room full of Neve consoles? A room full of B3s? A room with more than one CS80?
I vote for B-3's! Still waiting to see Claudio play an A-100, B-3 or C-3 😉

Wow Dreamstation
Two words.................Absolutely transfixed!!
I've come to love Anthony through these videos and his own even without knowing him. Great stuff.
The CS 80 is so heart warming! It brings tears to my eyes! Every time! No wonder Vangelis used it for Blade Runner ❤️

Anthony is a force of love that just recently manifested here in youtube. Thanks for being a part of something so amazing Doc
It's very moving, I put myself in the doctor's place and I feel things as if you were going to Mecca☺

Wow. Great video. And nice jam! More please.
Most people wouldn't know Rob or Anthony on the street, but these guys are giants. They've forgotten more than I know. I am totally in awe. Not so much the hardware (although it is really cool) but the people.
No matter what you are doing in life, aspire to be as knowledgeable and passionate about your job as these guys.

Claudio, it's really amazing to watch folk that know these synths backwards and create great improvisations. Another excellent video!

Thanks for sharing Claudio! @anthonymarinellimusic is one of the most amazing synthesists I have ever heard. So much fun! 👏🏼❤️

Rosen Sound rebuilt my OB-Xa… excellent work and super reasonable. Glad there are guys like that keeping our relics alive.
Every time Doctor Mix releases a new video, it is a small holiday

One of the best synth-related videos ever.
Just ... OMG... just ...FABULOUS !
Many thanks for that !
The performances at the end were delightful. What a lovely thing.
Breath taking music at the end.
Good to see where every movie soundtrack from the late 70s to mid 80s came from
Absolute pure excitement. This is lightning in a bottle right here
I could listen to hours of the last three minutes of those video. Outstanding
thanks... for this and the smiles...

A very dreams room with only vintage keyboards and big sounds can be always eared inside 💟💟💟.
I love this stuff and was introduced to some of the best in classical music by the master synth player/builder Isao Tomita and I don't know if you know him but I was so amazed at what he accomplished so many years ago with synths.
Amazing people at Rosen Sound.
It's been covered very eloquently by many others here, but just need to chime in to agree. Magical content. 2nd jam....is what it's all about.
That was fantastic. You know the one thing I loved apart from the music was the joy on your faces doing something you really love. Now that is inspiring.
Anthony Marinelli forever😍
KILLER episode boys !!
I’m a huge fan of all the classic songs he’s created with his collection.
This was a great episode. Especially the collaboration and jams
I though I saw a Arp 2500 or 2600 in there. I've played around with one of those back in the day 80's/90's. Great tour.
Very very cool. Incredible to hear a mention of the great Lyle Mays - one of my music heroes that I actually got to meet long ago.
