In the years I have worked in the kitchen industry I have never seen a more health conscious menu and it’s all traditional, they aren’t really trying. it has always shocked me how much seed oils make their way into everything at other restaurants. The worst culprit was actually a vegan restaurant popular in Toronto. They put canola in everything.
