I feel like Clara has fallen off so hard, especially in PW16+. I was surprised to see her so high. And forget about her when you have Loki on a team. And Ashley should be EX++ for reasons you said haha
Clara and triki perfprm two different roles. Clara is a much better ap pusher than unas for her 2 turn immunity against avatara procs and frost sets (which unas doesn't cover). She's widely used in pw18 cleaving
Solid tier list. Agree that Tevor is not EX+ tier, as a XP and Tevor owner I don’t see them at the same level in terms of versatility in content. I’d bump Mateo up one, but that’s just personal preference since I use him in more content than Triki. Still praying for a Nuxi.
1. I’d put Ife in C at least. She’s very useful in calamity, anomaly, cube, hell mode, and DSL so that’s a lot of uses even when Kara is much more accessible and easier to use. 2. CJ is actually very good in PvE content as well since both his S2 and 3 are AoE. Cube, inferno tower and non boss anomaly floors specifically. The AP and HP swap (R2), dispel, stun, AP down, disease… His kit is actually quite packed when you think about it. This makes him S tier imo. 2. Ashley is definitely EX++ tier imo. She’s the closest non shimmer “Gaius tier” that I could think of (maybe Gabby too). Both her support and DPS capabilities are very strong.
poison effect is trash in this game why he put her in D tier, the damage it does is very poor something like bleed Ashley is fine at A, he even said he was debating to make her EX
@@kyotheman69 But she has decent AoE SPD/stun control and in the one place you want certainly poison, two stacks on a counter is good. Not S, but B at the lowest, probably above Biodina.
I am biased and never used her so you probably have a better idea about her tiering. With that said i probably won't use her either because I don't think investing abilimons is a good idea when there are alternatives like epic controllers who do a fantastic job.

Man I'm having the weirdest issue right now. Returning player here, didn't have most of the Epics that are popular right now, didn't get a lot of the free units they hand out, etc. Now I'm trying to catch up, but as soon as I finish leveling one Esper I pull 2 new ones that are far better than what I had and my queue never finishes. lol Had finished leveling Gaius only to pull Ahmed and Nuxi.
tier lists aren't set in stone, if you actually watched the video this is about all around viability, if there is espers that you use and higher rank on list, then go to it, he isn't tell you that you doing it wrong, this just his experience playing the game. I like the list been waiting for one that did overall use for unit, i wouldn't mind more focusing on units are good for a lot of content, then one or two, never fan of building up units just for niche purposes

Not agree with this tierlist, Biodina in B when you just use her for boss club, JJ on A but nobody use JJ in Pve content, Sally on B like biondiana but she is a way more used in pve and pvp content
JJ is waaaaaay overrated here, he only has one valid use case and he isn’t even that good in point war at all. He doesn’t one shot tanks, he can’t take out teams on his own so his revival doesn’t prevent the other team from winning in the same way hyde does, and he has many MANY counters in ways that alternatives like hyde and Everette don’t. It’s pretty easy to stop him from getting to use demon mode. I think he’s a C tier esper, probably the worst shimmer legend now

Kronos: Xin Yiao lead, red twin, Eira, Sally, Chang Pu/Heng Yue Apep: Sander lead, Djoser, alexa, and some combination of Stewart/Heng yue/Sally (assuming max abilimon on sally) Fafnir: Meredith lead, li guang , berenice, Lu yi, and Elaine or Ain if you got them when they were free. If you didn’t, use tang yun or another healer like Chang pu. These are all F2P. There are upgrades for a lot of these espers you can use when you get them (Fatum > Heng hu/Chang pu for Kronos, and JYY > Alexa for Apep)
I think because Gaius is easier to build, he doesn't need C.Rate, only ATK and C. Damage. Although Leora provides several bonuses in her kit, Gaius is still a popular choice for both PVE and PVP especially for new players.
Leora is great damage-wise but she's a glass cannon. In all my encounters with her on PW, she never gets a hit in unless there's a either an Abigail/Cecilia to reso her, or there's an Ollie that prevents her death. Gaius is much more durable and he destroys Leora when they face off. His buff blocking and stealing does wonders.

@tyrant1081 Gaius has a higher base HP and his kit gives you more freedom to use relics with HP/def bonus substats since you really only have to account for C. Damage and ATK. And at level 60, that already translates to 2k-3k difference in HP, which is enough to tank most first hits as enemy DPS espers mostly move last and you have enough early turns to use your support espers for buffs and debuffs. In my experience in PW, I ALWAYS one shot enemy Leora with my Gaius S2 but against enemy Gaius, a quarter of the time he survives.
Don't be discouraged, this tier list is mostly for midgame - late game players who have these options. Personally, an early game tier list would be interesting to watch but while Wukong and Li Ling appear as shit in this tier list, I think Wukong is amazing early game because of his versatility. Have him on Hades set and he is a self-sustainable DPS with many debuffs. The only reason why he ranks so low is because his gimmick holds him back to a strict rotation based style of play and that his debuff proccs are not always consistent. He is a jack of all trades, he is a good swap in but he does nothing specifically well. When you look at the A tier listing, most of the espers do something very specific, but this very specific thing is either widely used or really good when you need it, Wukong just doesn't fit the standard.
Why are Nuxi and Raven ex++ and why are Unas and Ashley not? This is supposed to be versatility. Nuxi is really strong in infinity tower and PvP (in which she’s fallen off a small but because there are better options for the speed cleave meta). Raven is also good in those two contents and not much else. Ashley is literally meta in everything: ritual miracle speedruns, pvp, tower, anomaly, everything. Unas is also strong in every content in the game. I get in a normal tier list Nuxi (and Raven) would be that high, but this isn’t the value they add, this is how versatile they are. I could definitely see her in A, probably S, but in no world is Nuxi more versatile than Unas and Ashley. If a new player had Ashley, Unas, Nuxi, and Raven, but could only build two, I’d tell them to build the first two.

@DaddyF2P You made a video explaining what is more necessary practically in the game and not theorica which is very important to distinguish these two because I see in the chat trying to elevate Tevor they still say that it shows who has more HP Attack Defence is very helpful which is not really true if someone knows the game before the match even starts knows who to hit and who has a lot HP and who to fear because it can destroy the team
Me who is using camille in pvp cause well i dont have shimmers anyway cause my luck hates me in that aspect (so no xp) and i dont know who to fill the team comp of tiye lead, clara, ashley and gaius😅
and then there is me. Sienna R5 and Brewster R2 f2p. But a lot of useless R1 legendaries AND no Yun Chan and Matteo, which means i will not do raging lion and soaring goat ex++ in time. Lucky me
This may be a bit more complex because different espers benefit from different skills, but can you please do an abilimon priority list?... unless you have ... and i missed it.
On ex++ i would argue that tiye and nuxi could be boarderline ex++/s when they are strong they are very powerfull specially in pvp and towers. But i think both of them are not your first picks for ritual miracle or desolate Lands. All the others on that tier See use on at least one boss🤔 but hey food for thought.

Tierlists will be subjective even if you try to be as objective as possible

Leora should be equal to giaus they are both strong in dmg but offer a little bonus as a secondary and leora literally has a more helpful kit

I just started the game and I am 3 pull to the 75 pull and my free legendary.... I also got the wukon and Li....
