Crazy how nintendo put so much detail in their game, like, you would never be able to see this in a casual playthrough, but they went the extra mile to decorate their tracks. Also I would really like you to explore Mount Wario and maybe Paris Promenade next
i love how they gave the tracks some sort of story. it’s so unnecessary but if you know it’s there it really makes the tracks even better than they already were.
Honestly, I’d love to see this as a whole series. Maybe not every track (I could see that being a lot of work) but I never knew how much detail these tracks had that are just entirely hidden normally.
The buggy building collision at 8:43 is really neat. It's so close to in-bounds... I wonder if it's possible to catch a glimpse of it in vanilla? At 10:00 - I wanna say that's a reference to Super Mario Land, but that released in 1989, not '87. But the sign says "manufactured", so maybe it's referring to when it was developed, not just when it got released? I kinda wanna see an "ugly tracks" episode - do all the (non-booster) courses you think are boring or under-detailed, and see if there's anything cool in them we've been missing!
I would love to see the small town area in Mario Kart Stadium turn into a battle course. As for tracks, I'd say Toad Harbor, Animal Crossing, Baby Park, or Mute City
I can't believe this game was made 8 years ago and they managed to put that much detail in! I would have never noticed any of this. Thanks Mayro for creating the mod and sharing it with us.
I wouldn’t say that, most of the backgrounds are about as expansive and detailed as the base game (particularly Shroom Ridge, Paris Promenade, and Tokyo Blur), it’s literally just the textures (and sometimes modeling techniques, in order to better suit the textures) that differ in style, as many texture hacks already out demonstrate.
This is really cool, nice video A few thoughts as an F1 fan: The things in the pit stop area you thought might be for refueling look like wheel guns to me, they use a fair bit of power so are wired in and are used for quick tire changes The "towns" with the team buildings probably represent the "paddock". F1 teams IRL travel around with modular buildings that they can then construct at each race location. They're used to house the technical staff and data analyst type people, and for corporate hospitality It's amazing how many details they've cammed into this map that make sense and are little references to real life motorsport Edit: Water park exploration was really cool as well
It would be so cool to see a custom track based in the outside of Mario Kart Stadium through all the streets around the buildings and pit crew vans and stuff
Ok, this is the coolest thing I've seen in a while. Some of the out of bounds areas flat out look like really cool tracks- Like, if Water Park explored the rest/seating area and the hotel instead of a pretty basic road maybe I'd actually like that track. Especially that balcony part- I really, really want a hotel themed track. The devs did not need to put this much detail in but I'm glad they did, this is actually nuts.
I just had an idea for this mod. You can actually use the Y button for something, that something being activating and deactivating Lakitu's Code or like activating specifically the Anti-Gravity part of his code
9:56 pretty sure that’s a reference to Super Mario Land as there was a section where you got to pilot a submarine through a side scrolling shoot em up. God the attention to detail in this is goddamn incredible.
This series is super cool, I love looking at all the small details the devs put into these maps even though players were never going to be able to see them. But it does make the DLC maps feel even more disappointing lol.
I can't think of any tracks in specific I'd wanna see but I can tell you that I'd absolutely love to see you do more of these! I always wanted to see a video like this done on MK8 because the tracks are all so detail and it's saddening that we never really get to see the full detail ingame.
I knew MK8 tracks had lots of detail, but not this huge details, incredible I'd vote for either Big Blue or Bowser Castle, I stopped looking at those two from far and I wonder if there's much more
Between your other exploration videos and this one, I'm really surprised that nobody has asked you to explore 64 Rainbow Road in the comments yet. That city underneath the track still has my curiosity piqued to this day
It’s actually rlly cool that Nintendo made this much detail like all the paddock stuff in mk stadium. I love all ur videos Nuokart and all the one’s on your other channels ur amazing keep up the good work I love these exploration videos!❤️❤️
THOSE TEAM NAMES. At 8:59 in your first out of bounds video you read a sign with some of those same name son it, like toad mushroom powered and Luigi gusters. Maybe some hidden mariokart 8 deluxe lore? Like why would these details exist? They even have busses! It’s So interesting to me that this is a theme in those two tracks. Maybe these teams pop up again? And there’s also an entire city in the background, which is crazy
this is awsome!! It's so cool how the tracks have their own kind of internal layout- like each map is its own world! I'd love to Toad Harbor or Royal Raceway- royal raceway has Peach's castle to explore so it might be more interesting. I remember seeing that one of the F-Zero tracks (i thiiiiink big blue) is like HUGE so that might be cool? Either way I'd totally watch more videos like this thanks for making it! :3c
This really makes me wish there was more exploration to these tracks. Like imagine a game mode where the out of bounds is removed and you have to collect a bunch of coins hidden throughout the level
Tried to do some research on that 1987 reference, Nintendo released all of like 2 games that year, but my guess is that it could be that's when they started developing SMW which introduced Torpedo Ted.
I would personally love to see some of the more expansive courses, such as N64 Yoshi's Valley or Big Blue be explored, maybe even N64 Royal Raceway and finally be able to explore the castle.
Woah, this is so dope, if I had any suggestions I’d say Bone-Dry Dunes since there’s a lot too explore, Tik Tok Clock and Ribbon Road since there both super big open areas, and especially Sunshine Airport so you could go Explore N64 Koopa Troopa Beach!
damn water park is actually super sick, extremely feels like a place i would want to go lmao. it's wild how much detail they put in that i just, never even glanced at for a second when i played mk8
Seeing a lot of requests for Toad Harbour. We did that in a previous episode!
ruclips.net/video/jc125FJZZXM/видео.html
todd
I requested that because I saw a video on it but I forgot it was yours!
Thwomp Ruins And N64 Rainbow Road There's A City Down There
Crazy how nintendo put so much detail in their game, like, you would never be able to see this in a casual playthrough, but they went the extra mile to decorate their tracks. Also I would really like you to explore Mount Wario and maybe Paris Promenade next
I'd like it if this would be a serie
@MayorBryce lol
@MayorBryce Yeah, not even if an OOB glitch was found...
i love how they gave the tracks some sort of story. it’s so unnecessary but if you know it’s there it really makes the tracks even better than they already were.
@@TeddyG221 yeah
Honestly, I’d love to see this as a whole series. Maybe not every track (I could see that being a lot of work) but I never knew how much detail these tracks had that are just entirely hidden normally.
Yeah, and with some tracks like Wii U Mario Circuit and perhaps Toad Circuit, what you see in-game is kinda what you get.
It’s interesting but i think he has like 3 videos only
@@MateoTR627she*
As someone who's been in a racing paddock, it's really cool how they managed to make a detailed yet faithful one. I'm impressed. Thanks for showing it
Wha
What is a paddock
@@caramelgrace2156 idk
Basically the part that Mayro called "town" on Mario Kart Stadium
Your Mario kart 8 deluxe exploration videos are my favorite 😊

maybe it's Five Nights at Freddy's - between the first event in the story line (1987) and the release date of the first game (2014).
@@please_excuse_my_stupidity I don't think it's this, but still a really funny coincidence
The top of the stadium’s view looked amazing. I’m surprised at how much work was put into that
I would love to see the small town area in Mario Kart Stadium turn into a battle course.
As for tracks, I'd say Toad Harbor, Animal Crossing, Baby Park, or Mute City

It’s interesting to see other parts of the courses in this
Mario kart stadium has so much that you could probably make a track out of just the out of bounds areas, I love that.
Toad Circuit: Basic upscaling of a mobile phone port of a 3DS course
Mario Kart Stadium:
Imagine a custom track in that little town section, like an alternative path like the city tracks in tour :v
I'd love that too. It just looks like it could be it's own track just like some parts of the roof
YES! This series is so much fun and I'm glad to see it return.
Bowser Oil:
Oil is made of fossils.
Dinosaurs are fossils.
Bowser is sort of a dinosaur.
Bowser harvests other dinos for money.
This was awesome!!! Water Park is one of my fav tracks, I'd love to go there irl too if I could. Happy you chose it to explore!
This insane amount of detail is what makes me love Mario Kart 8. And it's disappointing that the Booster Pass does nothing like this.
Never noticed all the houses in Mario Kart Stadium, or the Hotel in Water Park.
It's incredible how detailed the backgrounds are.
DUDE IF YOU DID THIS WITH BABY PARK IT WOULD BE SICK
This is really cool, nice video
A few thoughts as an F1 fan:

Mario Kart Stadium is like a hub world for Mario Kart 8
It would be so cool to see a custom track based in the outside of Mario Kart Stadium through all the streets around the buildings and pit crew vans and stuff

16:58
Mario: MMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH
1:55 as an irl racing fan (especially F1), I loved this whole bit.
They did not need to put in that much detail and effort, holy hell
Baby park has A LOT of backround features, i think you should try that next
9:56 pretty sure that’s a reference to Super Mario Land as there was a section where you got to pilot a submarine through a side scrolling shoot em up. God the attention to detail in this is goddamn incredible.
This series is super cool, I love looking at all the small details the devs put into these maps even though players were never going to be able to see them. But it does make the DLC maps feel even more disappointing lol.
That's great! Do this to every track. Even the dlc ones
Coconut mall, as there’s a beach, and Electrodrome. Because it’s Electrodrome.
0:33
ngl…I didn’t even realize there was no anti gravity until you said it…that threw me through a loop… also that sunshine Mario mod is cool
This is amazing can’t wait for more!

id love to see someone make the town area of mk stadium into a custom track
I love these videos! You can create whole new tracks within these tracks!
That's super awesome - Electrodrome next would be pretty sick
I knew MK8 tracks had lots of detail, but not this huge details, incredible
I'd vote for either Big Blue or Bowser Castle, I stopped looking at those two from far and I wonder if there's much more
so cool! Toad's Turnpike has to be done there's a whole city beyond the boundary again and a cool little service station at the start :)
13:24
"Ok here's the hedge of the water"
Me, who know that the earth is round : "wait what did she said ??"
"nobody in this universe knows how to walk - only jump and scream" and 16:57 😂😂😂
ngl bowsers castle would be cool to see. also big blue (you could drive on the mountains at the shortcut?)
That is awesome that they were able to do that, I did similar stuff like this in old Pokemon games and got similar results
yay this is a good idea
Between your other exploration videos and this one, I'm really surprised that nobody has asked you to explore 64 Rainbow Road in the comments yet. That city underneath the track still has my curiosity piqued to this day
This was so interesting!! Cool video :)

I remember watching Gamexplain analysis on vanilla Mario kart 8 back in 2013-14 and the whole time I’m like “woooow there’s so much detail”
this might turn into a great series
THOSE TEAM NAMES. At 8:59 in your first out of bounds video you read a sign with some of those same name son it, like toad mushroom powered and Luigi gusters. This really makes me wish there was more exploration to these tracks. Like imagine a game mode where the out of bounds is removed and you have to collect a bunch of coins hidden throughout the level
Sweet Sweet Canyon and especially Big Blue would be incredibly cool out of bounds
this is like a more in depth Boundary Break
I Love it :)
The stuff in the mario kart stadium reminds me of the disney Cars movie at the end when they all show up to support Lightning McQueen
0:26 i'm so scared because Mario is Running on walls without Anti Gravity
The names you read at 1:10 are the names of racing teams. characters who’ve been in every game since SNES have one.
PLEASE DO MORE I don’t wanna wait another year for this lol
Thats exactly what i did to make mkwii exploration pack. Cool to see this in mk8!
I think that it would be super cool to have custom tracks racing around the "background" of the official tracks
3:44 Somehow, I have a feeling Bowser set up his area being next to Peach's...
You gotta do Coconut Mall! GO GO GO!!!
Tried to do some research on that 1987 reference, Nintendo released all of like 2 games that year, but my guess is that it could be that's when they started developing SMW which introduced Torpedo Ted.
You should do Coconut Mall
It'd be fun to watch his ghost go back through the tour after filming the video
Sunshine Airport is definitely a course you should do! It looks like a similar situation to Toad Harbor, with a lot of islands in the background.
I love this series sm
11:35 I think we all already know the Mario 64 reference here so I’m not gonna mention it
the detail in this game is just insane
2:07 isn’t that where the toads are fixing up your kart in the wireless mode?
You see Nintendo reference sunshine through the Piantas often, but you never see them include Nokis as much
Near the aqua cups ride if you stay and listen you can hear the mario 64 merri go round music
I would personally love to see some of the more expansive courses, such as N64 Yoshi's Valley or Big Blue be explored, maybe even N64 Royal Raceway and finally be able to explore the castle.
You know, I thought the weird background object scaling in the 8DX DLC tracks was a new thing, but then I saw those benches in Water Park lul
I want to see Toad Harbour and Thwomp Ruins. As a kid I always wanted to see where the rolling rocks would go.
Nicely done vid
The tour tracks would be rlly cool (especially paris)
Those are some REALLY great tires
Also Nintendo I think put so much detail into the out of bounds stuff is for moments like this.
I'd love to see Paris Promenade and Royal Raceway get explored!
Pleeeease explore Neo Bowser City next! The backgrounds are gorgeous!
Seeing the city under N64 rainbow road would be amazing, there definitely is tons of detail down there
I just realized someone else made a video on that and man N64 rainbow roads city is HUGE! Like it could be made into a track alone with all the detail
And Explore Electrodrome, Dolphin Shoals, Twisted Mansion and all of the other tracks
This is so cool!
damn water park is actually super sick, extremely feels like a place i would want to go lmao. it's wild how much detail they put in that i just, never even glanced at for a second when i played mk8
SAME I wanna go there
The Submarine thing is probably a reference to Super Mario Land if I were to guess
Baby park would be INSANE
i just realized the princess peach font in mario stadium is the same as the sonic 2 stage opening font
I think Neo bowser city would be REALLY interesting!
Imagine if there was a story mode and you got to drive to these hidden places as HUBs
This looks so cool! Is the mod public?
Yeah I'll probably make it public.
i'd love to see Toad Circuit from the DLC :)
The MK Stadium reminds me of Vancouver Velocity 2-
This is a slick mod, really cool stuff! 😃
You should totally check out Wild Woods, there’re some pretty cool things in there 🙂
The backgrounds are more detailed then the dlc tracks foreground
Omg if you do another episode please do n64 rainbow road IM BEGGING YOU. The city underneath the track looks so pretty 🥺
Someone made a cool exploration mod for that track specifically, will have to try it!
finally new video of this :)
