Love all your videos and this particular coach. One thing I would like to see Dynamax do is add some lights/reflectors on back side perimeter to improve visibility at night from behind.
You’re killing me Jimmy. Man you know I want this one. But I’m not ready nor do I have the bucks. I think I will when I retire. I do like the black finish with the compass on the side. Stay safe buddy. ❤️🇨🇦❤️ Cheers!!!
What a great layout! It looks perfectly usable with the slide in - including use of the dinette. Am I right? Does the dinette convert to a bed, and if so, is the dinette bed usable for a child when the slide is in?
It’s a bit of a climb from the cab but all 4 competing brands are similar. The Truma system is turned on initially at the Truma system but after that all controls are inside. Yes, the bathroom is heated. Thanks, Jim
Ditch the slide, they are nothing but a headache when they fail, been there done that on two different units from two different manufacturers. Two many things to go wrong, no slides in my future. And please, how about at least giving us the MSRP? I believe most of us know the general price range of these more custom units, you will not hurt our feelings by at least giving us that pricing info.
I agree with the slides! My first and last two RV did not have slides! Pricing can be given by text, call or email! I do not post pricing here as it is super time sensitive. Info is right here👇🏼 (609)350-8140 jimrvconcierge@gmail.com
@@RVConcierge Yep, I can understand with the way the RV market is right now... No price stability in parts and pieces, or touch and go availability of said parts and RV's in general. Right on... And yes, the slide outs SUCK, LOL!
Oh ohhh.. is that a water leak? 4:42.. 🤫 And additionally step for controlling heat is to use those insulated silver windshield and window cab covers. A co-woker has a class C and they use them all the time. Also helps with privacy..
Great video! Thanks for the OCCC. This rig ticks all the boxes. One question: Do you see any downside to having the furnace directly below the absorption refrigerator?
I like this rig, to make it better I really think they should add a window in rear, which they can, option slide, really don’t need. Some type of window in front or side over cab for better light. Really!!! , these manufacturers should be listening to us all out here. It’s almost the perfect small coach. Well, I would like it on the Ford or maybe Chevy. All the technology is there. Lift it two inches two. All rvs’ need better height.
Thank you for ccc. Manufacturers refuse to give any idea of carry capacity. They could give a ball park idea. I know it would destroy some models if it was known.
I went to Dynamax's web page to see what these sell for and had a little bit of sticker shock. This isn't a super c so why the is the price so high on Isata 5s . I would think with having the diesel and full body paint and larger aluminum wheels that that it would only cost about 25 or 30 grand more than a simalar equipped gas class c.
I love this little home on wheels. How do you think a guy that's 6'6" would fare in this unit? Shower might be a little small? That's about it I would think. This one is definitely on my list.
Bed should be Murphy Bed. How about oppoising slides in front? Frige and cooktop should be all electric. Solar can be increased to offset. 4x4 off road makes me think off grid.
Jim: You're telling us that this rig has neither a residential nor even a 12V fridge? I love the Ram 4×4 chassis and the big diesel, but this is inexcusable, especially in light of the 4 lithium batteries and big inverter. The MSRP must be close to $200K. Is this somebody's idea of pulling a fast one?
Those residential refrigerators suck those batteries down quickly, your solar will not keep up. A 12 volt compressor fridge is the way to go, which is what I have with 400 watts of solar, no issues with the batteries discharging, as the solar does keep up and then some.
I discovered this model yesterday.I think I’m going to buy, but If I buy it, first thing I do is put in that Dometic 12v that is the same size. Sure would be nice to have a “propane delete” option. Go all diesel for heat and water. A 12v fridge. Induction cooktop. No propane…That’s one less thing to fill up, find, or worry about. And with all that solar, you could probably just leave the fridge on when you store it.
@@mitchrichardson744 Mitch the gas electric refer that is standard works off through the inverter off the lithium batteries… it basically is a 12v refrigerator.

They do watch and listen. I think that we can add those as well after the fact.

Again, no ladder to access the roof to inspect and for cleaning the solar panels. Is there storage under the bed?
There are solutions to no ladder attached. Nk storage under the bed but amazing storage in the back.

Yessir! Yes ma’am?
How easy it is to move from the cab to the house? Can you operate the trauma from inside the coach? Is there heating in the bathroom? Thanks

Water leak fixed! New shower hose installed. 👍🏼 that cab curtain serves as privacy and blocking heat/cold!

You’re welcome!! I want to make sure you’re informed!
Is the refrigerator able to run off the inverter to avoid having to run it off of propane if the generator isn’t on/ shore power not hooked up?

None coming this month. Sorry
Jim, it's an Isata (with an S) not an Izata (with a Z.)

Hello James, at 6’6” everything is going to be a little small for you. You could make do tho! These are great units! One of my favorites.
Will legally sit 6 people?
I believe so. I don’t think there is a sticker in the rear facing dinette stating it is not for occupancy in motion.

I agree. I thought a residential fridge was included with the solar or is that SOBs (Matt, you watching, the stands for Some Other Brands:)
I don’t build them but I can certainly take all suggestions to the manufacturer. 12v refer would be good with all those batteries and solar!
