Viridian forest, I spent alot of time in here looking for a pikachu back in the 90s.
Good idea to evolve Godzilla into Charmeleon since Thrasher won’t learn Double Kick soon unfortunately due to some bad thinking from GameFreak back when they made Red & Blue. Was fixed in Pokémon Yellow.
Viridian Forest and the Power Plant are the Only Two you can catch a Pikachu in Red & Blue
