If you're going to upgrade the memory, make sure you get the JEDEC stuff rated for 3200MHz - not the XMP stuff rated for 3200MHz. AFAICT, the main board does not support XMP profiles, but Crucial CT2K16G4DFD832A worked for me and Windows 11 shows 3200MHz. All other RAM I tried only showed up as 2133MHz regardless of speed rating. Though I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes as the JEDEC timing tables for the Crucial RAM shows a CAS latency of 22 - which I'm told is not very fast. 😅 With regard to the PSU upgrade, it appears that using the COMeap 24pin to 6pin adapter does not support complete PSU power off due to the differences between standard ATX and ATX12VO. So when you shut down, all the lights go out and the fans stop, but the PSU is still drawing power. I believe the amount of power draw varies by manufacturer and power efficiency rating. So a small PSU with an integrated power switch is highly recommended to enable complete and total shutdown of the system.
Some how you tube swapped like 30 comments on me. i am not sure how this happens because I was replay to you. I asked if you could also link the PSU. Yes it looks like even the stock ram run CL 22 But timing is not as importation as people make it out to be your talking about 1-3% here. sure it adds up.

I got the Acer Nitro with a Intel Core i5-11400F CPU and GTX 1660 Super GPU. Is it worth upgrading the CPU as well and not only the cooling System? Where should i start upgrading?
Ok so I love your vids my dude, I’m wanting to upgrade my pc so I can run GTAV RP right, should I start with the cheapest upgrades first without hurting the pc? Maybe start with RAM and maybe a fan on the front like you did with the slimline before the GPU? Have you thought about upgrading to AMD Ryzen 2060? I’d say the 3060 but 😮💨 that price is wild (in my case)
It is, if you got a RTX 3060 you would love it! A 2060 would work but you would be much happier with 3060. For upgrades cool well make the PC last a lot long And run better. Starting small never hurts. Ram dual channel is a must. it is like having a car with 500 HP and only be able to use 60% of it. Dual channel will allow you to use 100%. The GPU will allow you to play better at higher FPS's

Do you already have the 3070 installed? If so, it needs to draw more power than what you're currently giving it, mate. 1x8pin gives 150w, and the PCI slot gives 75w. The 3070 draws upto 290w so you're getting a bottleneck.. I'd try find another PSU with a second 8 pin daisy-chained to it. (I find it weird because mine came with a 3060ti but my PSU came with a daisy chained cable for a 2nd 8 pin which my 3060ti doesn't need).
