    Excellent video. The circle die is a great idea. I recently saw a product online that was a silicone mold for forming perfect wax circles. It looked like a little muffin pan. I like your idea, though. I wonder if a heart, oval or square die would work.

    Love your video. I use a mixture of baking soda and enough lemon juice to make a paste to clean my copper bottom pots. I think this would also work for the wax heating spoon.

    Thank you so much for all the information on wax sealing in this video. I've just started experimenting with wax seals and all these hacks will help me tremendously. One question, though...how do you know when the wax in the spoon is at the proper temperature for pouring?

    • @christinemleung
      @christinemleung  2 года назад +1

      Hi Hillary. I usually use a wooden skewer to mix the wax. Once it’s melts and there are no longer any solid parts left, you’re free to pour. Happy creating!

    how did you make the circle die? is that cork or wood?

    • @christinemleung
      @christinemleung  2 года назад

      Hi Mary. The circle die is metal. I bought it off of Amazon or Scrapbook.com. Its used to cut circles in paper and found that it was perfect for preventing the wax from flowing everywhere.

    Can you use hair wax instead of this? I think its gonna work the same

    • @christinemleung

      Hair wax. I’m going to have to try it. I think it might work too Bayan . If it does, I’ll have to make a video on it.

    How can we remove wax

  • @SadeLewis22
    @SadeLewis22 10 месяцев назад +1

    This just doesn’t work you get a horrible bulky ridge around the outside and underneath you can see it clearly in the video . Same with the silicone moulds . Youre much better just to keep practising to get it circulate. A steady pour so the wax is round to start. Rest it down gently in guide to too the centre with a firm push at the end.
