I don't know much about medical terminology but this video helped me understand more about a company I'm considering investing in that uses these same proteins as transport for vaccines! Pretty cool that they are found in most biological entities on earth. Thank you for the well illustrated information!

Here in Massachusetts they can only generate a report but can't do anything with it. Lots of tests, expensive, to generate reports but because their hands (medical) are tied, therefore limited...
Well, we get snacks like candy, prescriptions and non prescription snacks. We love boxes and bags. Would you like a bag? You'll here often in Massachusetts.

I think the term "Intra-cellular" space used, from 8:37 onwards for the space between the outer and inner membranes is incorrect. It should instead be "Intra-membrane" space.

Hey sir please Can talle me séquence ADN in this texte becouse I dont know Heat stress transcription factors (Hsfs) are the major regulators of the plant heat stress (hs) response. Sequencing of the Arabidopsis genome revealed the existence of 21 open-reading frames (ORFs) encoding putative Hsfs assigned to classes A-C. Here we present results of a functional genomics approach to the Arabidopsis Hsf family focused on the analysis of their C-terminal domains (CTDs) harboring conserved modules for their function as transcription factors and their intracellular localization. Using reporter assays in tobacco protoplasts and yeast as well as glutathione-S-transferase (GST) pull-down assays, we demonstrate that short peptide motifs enriched with aromatic and large hydrophobic amino acid (aa) residues embedded in an acidic surrounding (AHA motifs) are essential for transcriptional activity of class A Hsfs. In contrast to this, class B and C Hsfs lack AHA motifs and have no activator function on their own. We also provide evidence for the function of a leucine (Leu)-rich region centered around a conserved QMGΦL motif at the very C-terminus as a nuclear export signal (NES) of class A Hsfs. Sequence comparison indicates that the combination of a C-terminal AHA motif with the consensus sequence FWxxF/L,F/I/L as well as the adjacent NES represents a signature domain for plant class A Hsfs, which allowed to identify more than 60 new Hsfs from the expressed sequence tag (EST) database.

Then it signal is going to trigger the activation of Sigma E factor .But here i want know that what kind of signal mechanism at molecular level is taking place inbetween OMP and IMP protien called Deg S? plz clarify

at Shomu's Biology hello! I was wondering if the stress was heat and lets just say i am running two different temperatures on same cell. One is 37 degree Celsius and the other is 42 degree Celcius, are there any changes on the products? or will it be the same proteins? would one with the higher temp. produce a faster proteins because of the fast rate due to the higher temperature??
