Team Thailand Diesel Drag - 8.2 @ 164mph [HD]

ADD ME ON FACEBOOK: / jguynes | ENNIS TEXAS SEPTEMBER 28TH 2013 - "Team Thailand" as they are called here in the USA took their amazing Isuzu D-Max Drag Truck down the Texas Motorplex 1/4 Mile in Ennis. The Turbo Diesel 4Cylinder Engine propelled the vehicle down the track at a time of 8.2 at 164mph.
This is the best ever time for this team, this truck, and for any diesel in Thailand. The nation of Thailand is extremely proud of this team and truck, and it has been a real honor of mine to work with them this weekend.
The team honored their King with stickers all over the truck saying "LONG LIVE THE KING" (sorry Elvis, not you buddy). The driver also prayed with flowers outside of the truck, showing it respect and honor.. and then raced with the flowers INSIDE of the truck strapped to the roll cage with zip ties!
The team is confident that they can run a 7.X time, but the track was closed for a rain delay which ended their shot today. They want to tray again Sunday. Stay tuned!
