Hello , great video , Goes fairly well on 3s lipo stock electronics . Just put 1800 fusion in mine and toyo open country tires on aswell . Im giving the stock servo 7.4volt now . Its holding up fairly well so far , i Had to tweak my steering link slightly to get full lock both directions.
@areadierc2803 Did you switch radio over to something else or did you somehow keep it in tandem with the fusion? I'm guessing the lighting controller has gone as well. Very interesting about the servo!
Nice video. It’s a great looking body. Not sure if the actual Landcruiser was available in the UK? Here in Aus it was better known as the Bundera. If you want to keep the receiver/esc maybe just swap for a lower turn brushed motor? Pretty sure it comes with a 35t 550 motor which should roughly be the equivalent to a 45t 540, so a 35t might be the go?
Thanks. I don't think the LC71 was available in the UK; I've certainly never seen one. I think the motor idea is the way to go. I'll see what I've got in the spares box.

@@southwestsellerss147 My guess is.. find a chassis that can fit it, just eBay is the way to go for budget parts, right now.. I'm home doing yard work today.😅 It's very hot out there, always stay in the shade.😅
@southwestsellerss147 The 1060 is a reasonable budget ESC but it really doesn't have great throttle modulation. This is considerably better, trust me, I've got a LOT of 1060s. As for programming: no this can't be fully programmed, it doesn't accept a programming card but neither does the 1060.
@@rcpie The problem is that UK had the brilliant idea to leave Europe and now my main country to order things is out of the question, msot of the times they dont send to Portugal. 😀

@valleymade9563 The factory that makes trucks for RGT also supplies quite a lot of those models to FTX for sale in the UK and Europe. FTX test them, check them, get parts supply ready and then rebrand and relaunch them. It usually means that FTX are a little behind with their launch but the customer service is much better. It works well, you just need to know the connected names like FTX Tracker = RGT Rescuer.

I run mine with a 1200kv fusion se stock esc and remove lights central. Lights with direct conected in receptor
Just the main headlights?

Put Fusion se if the equipment with the most time of ride and control is better.
There are always good advantages to using a Fusion but I do think the stock esc is pretty good.
@rcpie if you need it you can buy the largest spour gear of 86t
No I have to correct you on the esc bar far and a long way 1060 is the best esc .. you tell me now can that esc use a program card ??

I cant find the brass in Europe from FTX or RGT.
I just had a quick look and there are loads of places in the UK, including from FTX themselves.

From the transmitter you can change running mode from F/R to F/B/R and you can change the strength of the drag brake.
