In my family we have an expression that explain when a five year old girl just piles on accessories and hats and cute boots and a dress and so on and she looks adorable-- “Two pretties (or 3, 4, 5!) makes a pretty”! This leopard on leopard reminds me of that as the adult woman version! Love it!

But typically, working remotely pre-Corona, and now unemployed and happily building my own business, my go-to outfits are based on sexy comfort and mobility. You explained perfectly why leopard is problematic in that it can be classy or trashy. Funny nothing to do with the cost sometimes as your Zara coat looks fab. I have a leopard coat and a dress that I love. You never do things by halves Trinny, admire you for that! Especially love the Zimmerman.

Now for Comments from the peanut gallery: The palazzo leopard, coat and trainers screams bag lady to me - just missing the shopping cart. It’s easy to look too “costumey” with layering leopard. For me I would stick to one, two possibly three pieces at most. Scale of the print, print contrast, and piece placement would dictate how many pieces I could feel confident pulling off. I love the classiness of ruby red and leopard. Fuchsia and leopard to me is not as timeless. The wrap dress with the black cami beneath looked lovely, but turning it around was genius. With the last outfit all I could envision was Edna Mode chanting “no capes!”

Brown leopard doesn’t suit me with my pale pinky complexion. But gray leopard, that is the bomb. You have inspired me to wear a kind of pale pinky brown leopard dress I got from Banana Republic with leopard Superga sneakers. And next winter, a gray leopard coat from Target, with a gray leopard scarf from Zellers (now gone budget Canadian store), and gray leopard calf skin booties, and a multi colour and leopard bag from J.Crew a few seasons ago.

Trinny thankyou SO MUCH for your closet videos. In a few youve mentioned the zara jumpers with decirations at the wrist and you said they do them every yr. My husb works at zara (security) and has complained about not being able to find the tops i want (even though he finds delicious knits in the mens section which i steal from his cupboard). I went online and found what you described and i cannot be happier! With my reddish blonde hair i live in black jumpers. Thankyou for giving me the best top i could find. It covers my mummy tummy and drapes over my wide shoulders so prettily. Xxxxx

I have tried wearing leopard with gold jewellery and it just isn't for me. Snakeprint with silver jewellery, however, now that's my leopard and gold.I tend to be more understated and may have just one snakeprint item with the rest being white, silver or grey. Nevertheless, I always glean something from you, Trinny. I have snakeprint shoes, sneakers, a belt and a dress. The animal print is a timeless concept that is very easy on the eye.
