SPARTAN 192K - I AM SPARTACUS! Singer Spartan Sewing Machine (a jazzed down 99K) $60 IN 1960!

- Purchased a 1960 Spartan, also known as a 192K - made in Great Britain. Also known as the Singer 99K Bare Bones Model.
Why from what I can see, she is missing an on board light and she sits in a black plastic base with no cover, no decals, but aside from that I have yet to find a difference. She is a heavy little 3/4 machine but don't let the size fool ya. Her motor is a .8 amp which is hefty for a domestic machine.
She has many dings in her paint. Chipped paint and "foggy" patches, so I think she will need a new coat and jazz her up a bit.

So you are still the baby!!! 👶 She is pretty but she has deep chips in her paint. I will clean her up and decide what she needs.

Yes, right? Sometimes they arrived and they need some adjusting. This one needed nothing but some thread and some electricity. Now she needs to get cleaned up.

🤣🤣🤣 YAZZZ!!! My kitchen will never be the same again. If there weren't so many creepy crawly things in the shared basement I might try to use some of that space. (Nah. Just talking cray cray.)
