Im a student at willows now since 2019, Mr Sage was there when i joined sadly he left in 2022, Willows absolutely misses him and the school where he is now is lucky to have him, He was always there for you if you needed him, Always had a smile on his face and cared about everyone than himself, I just want to Thank Mr Sage for being so AMAZING

That sport/behaviour teacher is wonderful and so kind. Not many teachers would look that upset and hurt when a student is crying. All the staff at this school seem so caring.
Mr sage was there for anyone and everyone, even if he hadn't met you yet. All Staff at Willows are amazing, but no one every beats him

Tell you what. That Mr Sage and the Headteacher are a fine example to all current teachers and aspiring teachers of how it should be done. Kind caring and giving respect and recieving it ten fold from probably the hardest ages to teach. Credit. Wish my teachers were like them in school.

I wish my school would’ve been more like this. The kindness, perseverance and genuine care they show to the kids is beautiful. When they comfort the kids, hold their hand, give them a hug it shows so much nurture, like a little family. That connection to the students you teach is so important and yet so very neglected by literally every school. It would’ve meant so much for my teachers to be like that around me. To actually feel like they care can change so much for the better

I literally cried watching Corey play Rugby and be confident and good at everything because he's so small and I'm tiny and used to get teased and feel so shy and unconfident because of it and I often worry that my kids will be small and feel the same way I did as a kid. But Corey shows me height doesn't matter and he's amazing at everything even rugby with the big lads in spite of it. Makes me feel hopeful for my kids, I vow to raise them to be confident and never doubt their worth.
Corey furnish is my friends older brother i wanted to tell you that hes doing amazing he currently has a job as a carer and is doing great for himslef
I wish I had a teacher like Mr sage in school it just makes me sad that I didn't have these type of supportive teachers back when I was in school
I left school a decade ago, but I wish my teachers cared this much.
I have Asperger’s. I went from the best behaved, multiple As student at GCSE, to a C/D student at AS level, and on report. Not one teacher tried to find out why. It wasn’t until I had a monumental meltdown in a Chemistry lesson halfway through year 12 that someone asked me to talk to them. It took 7 months for someone to ask me why I was acting out. Once someone actually listened, I got back on track with A and B grades in all four subjects within a month.

After watching a few of these episodes, it is very clear, and it has to be said that all the teachers, staff, and the head of this school are just outstanding. They all, to a man, 100% believe in every single kid that attends this school. I wish I had the same duty of care from my teachers when I was at school.

The thing is that same teachers don't put enough effert into making students want to learn but this schools teachers actually care for students like me that stresses a lot
I have to say i see alot of myself in Linda. I was having problems at home, my dad had passed when i was young, i had no voice at home. I was rude, mouthy, belligerent to almost any teacher. In 10th grade i had a teacher that let me just GO OFF one day in the gym after school. I screamed and swore and just lost it. I ended up sobbing on my teachers shoulder. I just wanted someone to hear me. I woke up the next day feeling so much lighter. I don't know if thats what linda needs but it helped me immensely. I graduated with honors and went on to college. Im 44 now have 3 kids i own my own home ive been married for 20 years to a wonderful man. If i can turn it around so can she!!
