having owned dominars for the past 4 years now, since 2018, I've owned the 1st generation and also the UG version, i can more than safely say that it is the best bike in it's range and power category ❤️ couldn't have got better value for money..plus it's Always good to be Vocal for Local
@@abhishekanair5430 if the 2017og is in good condition and you are not bothered about features such as gearposition etc, then go for the 2017 ..put on some touring mods and there's nothing like it.. go for the UG if you need a better suspension which the USD forks provide and also for a linear power delivery throughout the rev range, the OG gives sudden power bursts at particular rpms..
you guys haven't yet lost it. channels like motorbeam are a joke, they only praise the bike in their reviews and forgets key things like the ABS which can't be turned off. Thank you for being neutral and honest, hope you guys stay this way.

No matter how many days or weeks we wait for your videos, it's totally worth it !!!. Loved it. When I took the test ride on the second day of the launch (Dec 16) it was butter smooth, after that I took one more test ride during the time of booking (3 weeks later), there was some vibration. The dealer told me that the bike met with an accident and apart from it people are riding the bike so hard, that's the reason it's having bit vibration.

Sameer Ahuja To simply say. Assume you are in 1st gear and reach very high RPMs and suddenly release accelerator... What happens? Bike slows down extremely quickly. To reach levels of 1st gear. In slipper clutch that won't happen. Same happens when you gear down not matching to the speed you are in... Tryes won't lock or throw you away.

I bought Bajaj dominar 400 few months back as this is my 4th bike from Bajaj after discover, pulsar 180 then pulsar 220 cc and now this dominar 400 cc.But Bajaj should have added gears shift meter or something to show in which gear we r in. Sometimes it becomes difficult to understand in which gear we r in. Lol.

PowerDrift : one straight suggestion nedded, Dominar or Fazer 25 for a high rpm rider who does 5000+ km in touring per year and equal in city. touring days spans like 4-8 days every tour. upgrading from fazer 150.
The top speed clearly is higher than it is claimed as can be seen from the cut scenes the bike going easily over 160kmph. Great video BTW, Was waiting for the it!
Bajaj with these ads are hitting themselves in the face with the hammer. The Dominar 400 is a very good motorcycle and even without slinging mud at Enfields, they could have captured a lot of the Indian Market with it's features alone. Enfields being as old as they are hold a special place in most Indians hearts, our dads & uncles included. Moreover, the Dominar is head and shoulders above the Enfields in the city traffic, they could have promoted it as more of a powerful commuter+sports tourer. After more than a year of it's launch, I don't see that many Dominars on the streets which in part is because of the animosity that Bajaj generated by the way they promoted their product.
At this point you should not even ask people to subscribe to you guys, I guess 😂 I mean me and my friends , head straight to your channel for reviews . they are the best in the business.!! keep up the exceptional work.

Rahil Parker Kuch b? The Abs model surely is 40k more expensive than Abs dominar but the non abs model is just 25k more here in delhi. 1.5 Dominar non abs and 1.74 non abs Cbr on road Delhi! Its old but not expensive thats sure
CBR ABS goes to 2.25L on road Mumbai last time I checked

Doesnt the lot of electricals present in the bike dont make problem in the long run??and is the maintenance cost of bike higher??
That's difficult to say as we haven't done a long term test. :)
I think the best bike that we all could buy for 1.5L it's gonna be the dominar 400 it's has comfort enough power to enjoy and if it comes with the sports model means it would be deal breaker for many..thank you for your reviews its genuine

It prevents the rear wheel from locking or hopping under aggressive downshifts, thus preventing the need to blip throttle while still keeping both the wheels aligned.
Sameer Ahuja To simply say. Assume you are in 1st gear and reach very high RPMs and suddenly release accelerator... What happens? Bike slows down extremely quickly. To reach levels of 1st gear. In slipper clutch that won't happen. Same happens when you gear down not matching to the speed you are in... Tryes won't lock or throw you away.

the new duke will make people forget this dominor as they have rectified comfort of seat,increased fuel tank capacity and sure they will take care of heating issue,but still the old duke design i prefer over new duke 2017

i like the new head lamps of 2017 duke 390. While I found underbelly exhausts to be better looking than new cannisters.
new Duke or even bikes to come won't eclipse the Dominar cause Dominar is crazy value for money! Also very much unbeatable at the price range.

no, the bike is very heavy. it is very powerful
Krishan Dutt go for it if he is a tourer or want to tour......in city FZ 250 or NS 200 will be better as they are lighter than Dominar and have better fuel economy

I love Bajaj bikes. I bought Bajaj dominar 400 few months back as this is my 4th bike from Bajaj after discover, pulsar 180 then pulsar 220 cc and now this dominar 400 cc.But Bajaj should have added gears shift meter or something to show in which gear we r in. Sometimes it becomes difficult to understand in which gear we r in. Lol.
This was the review who confused me but finally took me to buy this beast ! Sarge the beauty , we miss u here in power drift!

Thankyou Powerdrift for bringing in the Plum coloured Dominar for review. I was tired of seeing the white version on all the other channels and I personally am a fan of plum coloured Dominar.

PowerDrift : one straight suggestion nedded, Dominar or Fazer 25 for a high rpm rider who does 5000+ km in touring per year and equal in city. touring days spans like 4-8 days every tour. upgrading from fazer 150.
If your budget can accomodate the Dominar, it can be a great choice. With ABS, it's also the safest choice between the two.

The top speed clearly is higher than it is claimed as can be seen from the cut scenes the bike going easily over 160kmph. Great video BTW, Was waiting for the it!

Bajaj with these ads are hitting themselves in the face with the hammer. The Dominar 400 is a very good motorcycle and even without slinging mud at Enfields, they could have captured a lot of the Indian Market with it's features alone. Enfields being as old as they are hold a special place in most Indians hearts, our dads & uncles included. Moreover, the Dominar is head and shoulders above the Enfields in the city traffic, they could have promoted it as more of a powerful commuter+sports tourer. After more than a year of it's launch, I don't see that many Dominars on the streets which in part is because of the animosity that Bajaj generated by the way they promoted their product.
At this point you should not even ask people to subscribe to you guys, I guess
