    Glow plug module for sure. Happened to me! once the engine has warmed up works fine!

      Yup, it was the glow plug module. It got replaced while the car was in the shop and now it starts effortlessly even in colder temperatures. Recently it had -10°C and it fired right up. I'm glad I got that sorted out.

    For the stuck hose, try next time some wd40 on them, and with a little screw driver put it inside the hose to separate them from the plastic and twist the hose in circular motion.

      Will do, thanks for the valuable help!

    i think your thermostat is bad too, its cheap to replace. I have done mine 2003 S211 E320CDI, now it reaches 80-90 fast

      No it wasn't the thermostat, it was the "differential pressure sensor"

    Same thing happened to me today. After a while the power got better, but something went off in the engine, it started to run very loud, started to smoke a lot black. W211 2.2cdi 150hp😥🤷‍♂️

      I don't know, you'll have to read the codes. It could be anything from a simple hose that popped off to something severe. I'd get it checked.

    So this means you either have bad diesel particulate filter sensors (check sensor and wiring) or have a bad particulatr filter. The glow plugs rarely cause engine limp mode!

      It was something very simple in the end, it was the differential pressure sensor. It got replaced and the limp mode went away :)

      i have the same problem, the error code was lambda sensor…help

      @Sheikhalberti 9 месяцев назад

      @@hristijan9400 Thats a falty oxygen sensor. Try pulling the oxygen sensor out and clean it with some detergent, clear the fault codes and take it for a drive. If that doesnt work, then replace it. Hope it helps

    Hi i also have a w203 and the same is happening to me 😢 please write to me what is causing this to our cars if you do know how to solve it , great videos by the way

    • @whr_vlogs
      @whr_vlogs  Год назад

      In my case it was the "Differential Pressure Sensor"; I show it briefly at 04:40. But you should scan the codes from your car; limp mode could be caused by many other things too.

    Wenn du Content haben möchtest, könntest du gerne mit meinem Auto ein Video machen. Habe zufälligerweise auch einen Mopf als Kombi mit demselben Motor und weit hätte ich es auch nicht zu dir :)

      Haha wäre lustig nur ich wüsste nicht, was wir da filmen sollten weil es ja bis auf den Kombi 1:1 das gleiche Auto ist.

      @@whr_vlogs Hallo, tatsächlich ist das eine berechtigte Frage und da ich auch schon sehr viel bei meinem geschraubt und getauscht habe, ist nicht mehr viel übrig.
      Was ich aber noch vorhabe ist beide Scheinwerfer zu tauschen.
      Eine Standheizung nachrüsten wäre als Content und gerade bei den aktuellen Temperaturen auch ein interessantes Thema.:)
