Agreed. A large coordinated assault from Black Panther's Guard would overwhelm majority of the Bat family. Batman would then potentially proceed to match Black Panther one on one in terms of fighting capabilities and tactical thinking but Black Panther would eventually take the win because of his more heightened physical attributes and the fact that Batman would have an incredibly hard time harming someone in a vibranium suit.
Hmmm.... While I do agree and would have to give the advantage to T'Challa and his guard in a fair fight using skirmishing and stealth tactics might be able to tip the balance in Batman's favor.

I know full aware that black panther would win but I'm more interested in the dialog between the two, like what would batman say to black panther and vice versa. In fact if they did talk I would see it as batman studying BP suit and realizes he stand no chance and run away.
The first thing that comes to mind is Black Panther's armored mesh suit. Although it's never been revealed, I'd like to know if it's conductive to electricity and if it's magnetic. If the answer is yes, then Batman will use the King of Wakanda's greatest weapon and defense against him.

You have to give it to Black Panther ( and i consider myself a batman fanboy) . Its just too much to overcome for bruce, enhanced abilities, just as many martial art styles if not more than Bruce, just as smart if not smarted, and of course, vibrainium. T'Challa is to is just all around better than Bruce.
They only advantage i would probably give to bruce is that he may be a little bit more tactical, and that's simply because he has to because he doesn't have enhanced abilities and armor...

I think he means as effective and efficiency. They wouldn't take their time with it and go straight for the kill. Also you have to think of the many traps and weapons that are far beyond just guns. Sure some of them may have dealt with things like new God's tech but that's not a regular thing. I do believe that Batman could take out two or three of them. Nightwing maybe one or two. Orphan and The robins MIGHT take one and Batwoman and Red Hood Might take one..maybe two. Of course the WHOLE WANKADA ARMY is a problem in it's own right. They was able to handle a Skull invasion.

Bats has more combat knowledge period. BP is limited to his enculturation when it comes to martial arts.
Screw Attack is one of the most wishy-washy unreliable sources period. They've fucked up on: Goku vs Sups, Bayo vs Dante, and much, much more. Relying on other people to present your arguments = you having none, because you know you're wrong. You're in essence too pathetic to fight your own battles.
Bats is more intelligent than BP, end of discussion. BP isn't responsible for creating his own tech, most of the other people do it for him. Bats is primarily responsible for doing so. So it looks like from a tech standpoint, Bats wins.
Bats is a better detective period, and let's also not forget that he sat in that nifty little chair that seemed to give him all the knowledge he could handle.
The only thing BP has on Bats is the suit AKA vibranium, but last I checked Vib is purely related to physicalities - it prevents smashing/lethal injuries. Bats has a lot more in his belt than that, kiddo - things that go far beyond physical injury - gaseous items, anti-tech (EMP, etc) which, if you want to use recent evidence, would severely fuck up a BP suit (since vibranium reacts poorly when exposed to magnetism).

While the Dora Milajae are trained to killed so are many of batman's villains especially the league of assassins, the court of owls talons, deadshot, and deathstroke
Batman is always training and bettering himself both mentally and physically while Black Panther sometimes has to stop crime fighting and focus running his country
Batman lasted 28 hours in a fight pit with no breaks while BP lasted 13 hours in a fight with erik Kilmonger with breaks
Also while BP suit is made of vibranium (the strongest metal in the marvel iniverse) yet it has been damage by kraven's knife
They're both even in stealth, experience, speed, and intelligence while BP has an edge in durability and Batman has the edge in versatility and stamina

Vibranium isn't the strongest metal in the Marvel Universe. That's Adamantium. Although the MCU looks like it's using Vibranium as an Adamantium substitute since they don't have the rights.
-He wasn't trying to kill Iron Fist. Iron Fist was brainwashed to kill BP
-Doom and Hulk are vastly super powered (Doom's suit is OP), He's beaten Cap and Kraven in rematches, and I don't think Red Skull ever beat BP, while BP literally broke off Skull's jaw
-Batman's tech has been hacked on multiple occasions, and he's been left without access to his computer
-The Dora Milaje undergo a much more intense training. They're like a squad of Talia al Ghuls, and Talia beat Batman in Batman, Inc
-BP is always training as well. He has communicators and speaks to his council when he needs to, although less than he should because of his heroics
-Batman beat a bunch of mooks for 28 hours. BP fought someone physically stronger than him for 13 hours, and Killmonger called most of those breaks
-BP's suit can be cut against the weave. It's a known weakness of the suit.

Bruce is far & away my FAVORITE character, comic book or otherwise & I still agree with Rob's assessment. It just makes sense. Tchalla is basically Batman & Cap hence considering his enhancements. & while I will always say Bruce beats Steve everytime, not easily, but every single time nonetheless, Bruce can outsmart Steve, but not Tchalla... So there you have it.

Normal fight w/ each on their usual suit and gadget: BP
On each peak: Batman (hellbat)
Mano o mano: here's a thing. I think this might be debatable. But i think Wayne win. Batman can read his opponent movement. And if BP try to trick bruce, bruce is a psycologist master (not really but really good). He even can out smart braniac, a 12th level intellect. So i say bruce win. Maybe if bruce use his magic power that he learn from zattara and some of the dark martial art he knew. He can win in the first fight. But i don't wannabe bias and try to use some of his shady feat such as dodging omega beam. So if bp and bat fight, i think it will go like this. First batman would fight BP and wounded. Batman retreat patch up for a while. Then, as always, bat will find a gadget/suit to beat bp. Then batman win.
Of course the writers would give Batman the advantage if there was a fight scene. But we all know Black Panther himself alone and his Wakanda warrior would mop the floor with Batman cap and his family and thats a fact! don't @ me!

Well I'm not a batman fan boy hell I have only just got in to the more recent comics with DC METAL but if batman were to be given ample amounts of prep he could beat black panther how you ask well I imagine if this were to be a crossover event I believe it would start out with panther and batman having a couple of scuffs with batman loosing both of them but in the second fight involving some kind of sonic (sound ) energy which would through panther off so he escape and batman decides to make some sort of super ultra sonic sound gun and defeating panther in the end over all panther wins more than batman does but this is clearly not a spite match or stomp match in panthers favor

I have to agree with that, like the League of Assassins doesn't fight to kill? It's kind of a dumb reason for why one side would win over the other.
That being said, I do believe Black Panther's side has an overall edge over the Bat-family. Only Nightwing and Damian are really trained well enough to properly stand toe to toe with a Dora Milaje. And there's a crowd of the Dora Milaje. Maybe Batwoman. Batgirl, Jason, Tim, Batwing, Spoiler are very good, but they don't really rate by comparison

Black Panther would not need to go outside of Wakanda for advance schooling. Black Panther has super strength and speed and healing and vibranium armoured and would wipe the floor with the bat. It's not a fair fight even with him alone against the bat family, though at that point things would be much more challenging. :)

In a 1-on-1 sudden encounter, I'd give it to BP.
With prep time, unless Batman goes absolutely bonkers all out, I don't think it would change the outcome much since Black Panther would also take advantage of Prep time/knowledge.
The biggest problem with your argument concerning the Bat Family vs Dora Milaje is that you seem to completely downplay the Bat Family. They constantly fight brutal killers, so the no-kill rule doesn't automatically equate to losing. An example is the League of Assassins, who are hardly pushovers and are also trained intensely, but the Bat Family consistently dominates, heck Damian was one of them. They also fight many superpowered threats. The number of Dora Milaje would be the biggest factor. If each was in a 1-on-1, then most of the Bat Family would probably win. If it was like 50 to 8/10, then yeah, they'd get stomped.
Vibranium does cause issues, but Batman with prep-time would be able to better utilize his vast arsenal to deal with it. Vibranium is not indestructible and Black Panther has been severely hurt even while within his suit by people like Cap, Red Skull, Kraven, etc.

He has been studying him for year and made mountain of counter power suit tech as well as having his own hulk buster armor. If black panther is give time to know the hell bat's weaknesses he would easily have a plan to destroy it.
The Hellbat Armor is designed to fight beings like Darkseid, who is stronger than base Thanos. Able to beat Godfrey. He was able to one-shot Kalibak, Darkseid's son, who has frequently fought with Superman. He was able to compete with Darkseid.
Even Lois who is untrained was able to match up to the Eradicator, in the Hellbat Armor, while he was powered by millions of Kryptonian souls.

1. Lol, so what? Darkseid fights the Anti Monitor who ate an entire universe for prep, Galactus eats planets, big whoop. Tanking the Anti Monitor makes tanking Galactus a joke by comparison. Thanos is my second favorite character in Marvel, but without the Infinity Gauntlet, he is weaker than Darkseid. Darkseid in the New 52 has destroyed multiple universes, and this is a weaker incarnation of his character.
2. And? The Hellbat Armor is stronger than Tony Stark's. It is modified by Cyborg with Apokolips New god tech, Kryptonian, Amazonian, Lantern, Atlantean, etc. which are all really advanced races. Batman is the second smartest human in the DC universe, while Iron Man or Black Panther is at max 3rd, behind Dr. Doom and Mr. Fantastic. While T'Challa is usually stated to be 8th smartest, although I think he is smarter.
3. Yes, but he can first defeat an entire army of super beings, defeat two new gods, and actually battle Darkseid. Black Panther would have to endure for a day at least.
4. BP's Hulkbuster is designed to take down Amadeus Cho who is weaker than Banner. While Tony's even more advanced Hulkbuster got stomped by World War Hulk. Batman's Justice Buster (a rip-off, but whatever) was designed to take down the entire Justice League all at once, not just an individual like Iron Man's Thor Buster etc.
His Hellbat Armor is far more powerful. BP Hulkbuster is going to get ripped to shreds by Hellbat, since it is way faster and has far more functions. Amadeus Cho Hulk is not remotely on par with Darkseid.
5. Lol, you mean the time he put him in an arm-lock. Most people call BS on it, and even the author admitted that it was BS. He claims that Silver Surfer was just holding back and faking. Plus another herald one-shot Black Panther, so I really don't get your argument. And since Darkseid is a match, if not stronger than Galactus, then how on Earth is his herald going to be superior?
My point was that Batman in the Hellbat armor can fight or beat characters in the Thanos/Darkseid tier, while Black Panther cannot. He already struggles with Hulk, who Thanos one-shots.

Both sides prep, Black Panther would likely still win.
Take away BP's armor/tech/powers and Batman's gear, with just hand-to-hand combat, then probably a tie.

Black Panther is awesome being extremely skilled and smart, but people are starting to fanboy over him like crazy. There are plenty of characters that he would lose to. It's becoming as bad as the Batman or Deadpool fanboys who think they're unbeatable.
I think the Vibranium suit alone would pose the biggest problem for Batman. However, I think Bruce is being severely underestimated in his ability to adapt and the various gadgets he has.
The person Batman has faced who mostly resembles a Black Panther like character, in my opinion, is Deathstroke. His fighting style is almost on par with Batman. He is DC’s super soldier. His armor is extremely durable (not like vibranium though). Batman has won most of their fights either by fighting skill or out smarting him using gadgets or his environment.
Also, all of his enemies fight to kill. I don’t see how that diminishes his capability to win here. Even the highly skilled fighters like Deathstroke, The League of Assassins, The Court of Owls, Lady Shiva, etc... it’s no different here.
Not that Black Widow defeated him, but she used electric bolts to slow him down in civil war. He also has many explosives and other traps that he could/would use to at least slow him down while figuring out a way to win.
Obviously this is more focused on an actual 1v1.
I still think Black Panther would win more times than not. Maybe 6 out of 10. But still, I think Batman’s abilities were severely overlooked and unappreciated.
This is honestly one sided for Black Panther. No offense to Batman. Black Panther literally has vibranium armor and is willing to kill unlike Batman. They also have relatively similar fighting capabilities. Personally, maybe Owlman would be better off against Black Panther for this very reason.

I personally like how at the end of the video, Rob mentioned that if they both wore regular suits with no special materials, they would be so evenly matched that they would pass out from exhaustion. Thus, it's really the tech and the enhance herbs that gives BP the edge.

In that scenario, I believe batman would more or less force a stalemate due to his deep knowledge of his surroundings. However, it would leave Batman in a critical state like when he fought Bane (the same would be true for Black Panther). This is for the most part situational and due to external factors that lead to either winning (also the time in their lives).
