The reason people are able to make that combo work is because they are using auto combo at the very end. Auto combo auto-adjusts the height of your character to make combos that normally work not work. For example SS1 Goku's main BnB is: 2M > 5M > jL > jM > jL > j2H-H > jL > jM > jL > j2H > djLL > djS > 236L That djLL is what makes the combo possible.
