Allante Hall that mostly works hip drive and core strength though, and more your upper body. I mean I guess if he was squatting down and picking them up, but then he could have just said squats. That’s like saying “I’m bench pressing to work my core” like yes it’s a muscle used but it’s not the primary group that’s being used.

Steven Bennett size of your thighs arent necessarily genetic. You can get big thighs with work. Calves are alot harder to grow though
