Muska flips (the hardflip kinda way) looks sicker in my opinion.

All of gabes flips are so nice, he catches and pivots it so cleanly and they just look so crisp. I have no idea how he does it because all of my flip tricks look clumsy as shit even when I have them down.
The hardflip way isn't the cheat way. I think that's the dopest looking way.

I think both look good, the vertical one and the horizontal one.. I mean it's not a fashion show, you're skating , you're having fun, you should do things the way you like it. Not the way other people prefer it

it's 2 different tricks maaaannn. muska flip/ hardflip body varial, and then a fs 180 kickflip. I don't see why people call the muska flip a fs flip....
They'll never truly understand the difference.. There is a drastic difference. Muska tweaked it his own way but never said fs flip.

My problem with frontside flips is a cant get my front foot on. Its not about commitment its just when i try with both feet the board goes flying and i cant catch it

I noticed gabe turns to a 45 degree before popping fs flip. It helps.

I can do frontside flips, but they look like the "proper" way. How do I get them to look like the 'hard flip' way? I think the hard flip way looks cooler. Can anyone help?

aleks amaya Having your backfoot at the very edge will help. It will make it easier to pop faster. Now when it comes to Luan, im not too sure. It could be because he is riding extremely fast. He is possibly very flexible aswell making him able to jump very high. Having stretched out legs definitely help out getting tricks higher

I don't know if you'll see this but I haven't been skateboarding long and I'm having trouble with my pop-shove its. The board always either spins around too much or moves too far away to land the trick. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but some help would be greatly appreciated.

Try not to ollie and just pop, turn and land the board.... its easier and it ls a stepping stone to the ollie version... All you do is place your foot ON the bolts.. also there's kind of a fs scoop but nothing hard or major... Just a turn of the head and shoulders should do

Frontside flips, hardflips are a lot easier to commit to if you can get above your frontside flips, also depending on the way you do them you can almost learn hardflips at the same time

Now I know this may not be the most ideal video to ask, but I'll try anyways.
I'm a beginner skateboarder wanting to learn tricks... and as silly as this sounds, I'm having trouble with an Ollie. I've watched all of the Ollie help videos that you've posted, but I can never seem to slide my foot up. Do you have any advice that could help me?
Are u comfortable with cruising at the skate park? If you are, stand stationary and keep your back foot on the tail with the tail on the ground. Slide your foot up to the very tip standing still 10000000 times and get ur muscle memory started. Then pop it but don't try to ollie. Just hit the tail on the ground and get used to it. Now go in a crack (back wheels in a crack) and try it!
