If you hit someone in self defense it's not illegal, but it is an act of violence. If you kill someone being a veteran during a war, it's also not illegal but it is an act of violence. If you call someone stupid, it's not illegal but it is an act of psychological violence. (etc)
Any act which causes psychological harm to an individual. For example, coercion, defamation, verbal insult or harassment. Some forms of psychological abuse are illegal and could be enforced by law but most forms fall under free speech. However 'illegal psychological violence' is hard to prove in court Violence is defined by law as the unlawful exercise of physical force so in this scenario I assume the use of the term violence in "psychological violence" is more of a umbrella term for a morally harmful act

J0kerclash123 you serious? He was pausing cause crowder was shutting down every one of his bs leftist "points". You can tell how relieved he was when the whatever the fuck woman thing came up wanting to speak.
Crowder was the one who organised the event, so it's easy to assume that he's done his research which means he has a counterpoint to most of the reasons someone brings up, whereas the other person has no prior preparation, and as a result it's more difficult to explain his reasoning since he hasn't had a chance to remind himself about the main details needed to explain his point, as well as call on evidence to strengthen his points, a good example is where he was asked to tell him how many genders there were, and he struggled with that because even though there are sources that claim there are a finite number of genders (63, 72, 2 etc.) , the classification of gender is constantly being discussed and changing (Crowder's point that there are only 2 genders, is even an example of discussions to be had about what classifies as a seperate gender.) The hostility about one of the more level-headed participants (compared to the others which were mostly awful) is palpable, you don't necessarily have to agree with his views, but it seems more like you want to take a swing at him because of the views he has rather than how he composed himself and argued his points. If you truly believed that you're right, and desperately wanted to get through to anyone who believes in those points, then come at the idea objectively, and don't insult them or you'll never get anywhere and just make it more difficult to change their mind.

It’s crazy how someone will sit and talk about being respectful for 20 minutes or so then refuse to shake the person’s hand in the end. There’s so much irony
Haha well I see what you mean. But, I don't think it's ironic. Respect is earned. It's not just something you can just give out randomly to anyone just because anyone deserves "respect". That's a well intended premise, but I find it quite shallow. Because what people usually call respect is actually "common basic civil courtesy". Those people throwing out the "R" word out there for 20 minutes and then refusing to shake a person's hand (or do something worse) don't even realize that they are asking for "indiscriminate" respect when they're the ones in the first place not feeling any respect towards those who they cannot see eye to eye with. Respect is a big word. Say, you can be courteous to me and not interrupt me even if I were to say obnoxious and offensive things that you don't like while you keep your cool and be civil, that happens not because of you "respecting me", cause the truth is no you don't, due to the fact that you would not have anything to respect about someone that obnoxious and that's because my own conduct didn't allow myself to earn an inch of your "respect", and if you still conduct yourself in a civil way and grant me with courteous manners that'll be because you have so much respect and care for the best version of YOURSELF you want to carry on even in the face of the rudest person on Earth.

Honestly I mean no disrespect but I defend the sole use of "male" and "female" because it makes sense. Why are people pushing these meaningless gender onto us just because they are playing victim. If they had a good argument then sure, but they don't. The use of male or female has meaning beyond what gender people think they are. If you died tomorrow and someone found your body, they will be able to identify you and wouldn't need to ask. Thats why we have different pronouns to begin with. Grumbledore There are many things in this video that upset me. why was this conversation getting interrupted by someone not invited to join. This man was giving people the opportunity to explain their side of this controversial topic. All he did was set in a chair with a sign saying he was interested to lean and offered anyone and everyone the chance to chance his mind. Just like any living thing with a thought process, he was not going to just toss his thought out the window! To change someone’s mind about lifelong thought, belief, custom or what ever you want to call it, is going to more than just a “because I said so”. Why did the woman feel she had the right to stop this man from speaking to someone on an agreed topic. Even more so, why would the woman in the crowd ruin the opportunity for this mans mind to be changed. If the woman he was speaking to could “change his mind”, she could have changed thousands of minds. However, the only thing I was convinced of (that I truly did not think beforehand) is the idea that people who do not want to be gender specific, do not truly want to be understood or the chance to explain why they want to be accepted!! They just want to be noticed and have a reason to be upset at the world all of the time! It is a lie that they want to be respected and acknowledged as they are unable to respect and acknowledge others!! As seen in this video!! Signed, Embarrassed by insanity!!!

I told student I am teaching you to think on your own, not to think like me. Most students rejected this and just wanted me to tell them the answer, wanted me to tell them step by step...it was very disappointing that the coddling of students at younger ages by parents and society has created so many who are somewhat afraid to think on their own and risk failure.

Zach Gillen point taken but he wasn't as angry or loud as some of the people he debates with.
Crowder was the one who organised the event, so it's easy to assume that he's done his research which means he has a counterpoint to most of the reasons someone brings up, whereas the other person has no prior preparation, and as a result it's more difficult to explain his reasoning since he hasn't had a chance to remind himself about the main details needed to explain his point, as well as call on evidence to strengthen his points, a good example is where he was asked to tell him how many genders there were, and he struggled with that because even though there are sources that claim there are a finite number of genders (63, 72, 2 etc.) , the classification of gender is constantly being discussed and changing (Crowder's point that there are only 2 genders, is even an example of discussions to be had about what classifies as a seperate gender.)
The hostility about one of the more level-headed participants (compared to the others which were mostly awful) is palpable, you don't necessarily have to agree with his views, but it seems more like you want to take a swing at him because of the views he has rather than how he composed himself and argued his points. If you truly believed that you're right, and desperately wanted to get through to anyone who believes in those points, then come at the idea objectively, and don't insult them or you'll never get anywhere and just make it more difficult to change their mind.

Say, you can be courteous to me and not interrupt me even if I were to say obnoxious and offensive things that you don't like while you keep your cool and be civil, that happens not because of you "respecting me", cause the truth is no you don't, due to the fact that you would not have anything to respect about someone that obnoxious and that's because my own conduct didn't allow myself to earn an inch of your "respect", and if you still conduct yourself in a civil way and grant me with courteous manners that'll be because you have so much respect and care for the best version of YOURSELF you want to carry on even in the face of the rudest person on Earth.

but there has to be a reason for disagreeing to someone, all she said was she’s “not an human encyclopedia”, instead of no I just don’t like you or I think it’s way before that because of;......
The third guy was debating for the exact reason people debate, to learn. He listened he talked and he took a lot from the talk.
True
This is so true, these types of people come into debates with a completely closed mind and never look at it from other peoples POV
Gahh, in high school when myself and peers were introduced to debate, the "end" of the activity was never given or explained as education, even between the debaters themselves. I wonder if that mindset helped proliferate cognitive dissonance and communicational ignorance, as the whole point is skewed to be about winning/losing instead. Perhaps not for the entire US, but at least for the classes at my school around the time they started doing these debates.
Something to think about, thanks

@@sel_sel7523 What the hell did i do?
Crazy that this was 6 years ago! I honestly thought it would’ve been more recent but that just makes you realise how long this has been going on
"Give her the microphone" didnt she just misgender madison
Bleva Modz omg ya she did lmao I’m just now realizing that.
Yep and she didn’t get shit for it.
Damn I wish he noticed😢
She should go to jail
hahaaaaa, very good.
“Intelligence is no match for natural stupidity”. I read this on the back of a handiwipe at Hooters 20 years ago and it stuck with me.
Yea. People who have always been stupid are not worth it to talk to. Once they start they’ll never stop talking bs
i would like but then it would be 170 instead of 169
You might want to shower then.
Hooters is a good place to collect wisdom
jake the snake I wanted to be honest about where it came from. And I only eat there for the food....
Notice how Madison only cared about someone not using her pronouns when it's Crowder, when that other girl was begging him to give "her" the microphone she didn't get upset
lol they do not even believe their own bullshit
Marxists want there to be no difference between "wants" and "rights". She WANTS to exert power by forcing pronoun usage, but thinks the WANT is a RIGHT.
When she doesn't care about some other girl using female pronouns to refer to her, she doesn't WANT to force her to do anything, so she doesn't think of it. It's amorphous and vague by design.
okay, so isnt that a good thing, that they were more chill about it? or
@@bomoore9872 it's not that they're more chill about it, it's that they only take offense to it when it's someone that they disagree with that's causing the infraction
@@adamhughes4665 thats really not it either. people will only get mad about incorrect pronouns when its deliberate. if someone knows their pronouns and uses the incorrect ones then its wrong. if they just slipped up, its fine, we all do it. but not listening or trying is where the issue lies.
This is one of the best conversations I've seen him have!!! I loved the "Be the best bobcat you can fkng be!" Lmfao 🤣 🤣 🤣
Man the 1st guy:... really got confused after 5 seconds of conversation
Vitor Rosa he sat down then regretted it
steveb: hello
first guy: wait let me think for a minute
Lol yah
I was laughing at how confused he was getting. He jumped up real quick when baldy wanted to sit down lmao.
yeah poor guy, he got confused even he was right.. he wasn't saying that steve is definitely a guy. he said "probably" but steve is much better prepared for those kind of statements and conversations, that it was easier to shook him.
"What Gender do you think I am?"
"I would assume you are a female"
"You're making assumptions"
Bruh... you literally just asked him for an assumption
And she definitely thought that making assumptions line was her "gotchya" card.
LOL
Also she didn't shake his hand
Its because they really arr agrressive to their arguement
How on earth have I received so many likes on a comment on such an old video? 😂
Anyone else realize when the girl in the audience was yelling "giver HER the microphone," and the girl sitting down didn't get offended being called a she? When she claimed she goes by they/them pronouns?
That's immediately what I thought! She kept saying her and not a flinch
It’s too much to keep up with even for these psychos. They don’t even believe in the bs they spread.
They know they're full of crap! Deep down they all know, that's why they get so upset about their thinking is questioned. It's the same way when someone is guilty not liking being questioned by the police
It’s always that way. There’s no consistency in their arguments, other than ancient Egypt supposedly had a practice, but which era? Where’s the proof? Where’s pharaoh they/them?
I love correcting them on that!
if people are ganna commit suicide for me misgendering them . . . Then I don’t wanna know what they will do if u actually try to offend them 😂
The first guy was at least calm and nice about his feelings.
same with the last guy
"You can be the best fricking bobcat in the world man" hes so adorable what the heck xD

She said she identified non binary but the crowd is constantly saying "she" and "her" and she doesn't say anything
That’s bc she even knows the non binary is bullshit

Because, that person have a piority

I’m guessing those are her pronouns

Notice how the 'progressives' were quick to disrespect Steven by not shaking his hand, insulting him and touching him without permission.
@captainAmerica, please, I'm liberal, but those of us who are moderate also think these "progressive" are dickheads. As a matter of fact, even if on issues I don't agree with Steven once in a while, at least he is always civil and polite to people he disagrees with.
Should have said "No means no!" 🤣

true 😂
Tried not to
the great question is, WHY IS THAT DISCUSSION EVEN TAKING PLACE DAMMIT?

That wasn’t a question.

Cause someone realized they could monetize gender dysmorphia, pushed to make it the 'woke' thing, and raked in absolute bank
The idea that "I won't be happy until everyone sees me the way I want them to see me, and if they don't they should be punished" is crazy.

South park scored a home run this season.
SJW are the oppressors. They are playing victim and using that platform to push ideas onto sensible people.
It gives us information of the subject without going into lengthy descriptions. This whole gender thing butchers language and replaces it with nothing useful.
I love how the woman in the crowd was referring to the non binary as “she” and there was no problem..
Didnt even notice it was a hate crime in this video that happened to the person who brung it up said person does nothing when the same happens to her its cause there women women can't discriminate head ass
Very violent.
I didn’t even notice that lol that’s a fact
It demonstrates how Crowders concern and position is a little paranoid.

@Kevin's Chili That doesn't take away from the fact that he was really respectful and that's important in any conversation.
Exactly
Kevin's Chili you gotta make your point valid by facts, not by opinion. Only a jackass will support a mindpop opinion.
