Looks like maybe baby wipes / wet wipes or sanitary napkins have been used. Those items are bad for sumps with sewage grinders.

Wow, this might be the worst job I’ve ever witnessed. You did fine but the job you have to do I could almost smell thru the vid. And it’s not even your own home crap you’re dealing with tenant crap. I I don’t know how much you plumbers make but after seeing this, you guys are underpaid.
Anyway, thanks for the helpful vid.
