ProForm Tour de France Bike Overview
The ProForm Tour de France is the newest premium addition to the Tour de France bike series and features various upgrades from the regular bikes in this series. It incorporates a clever incline and decline range of up to 20%, a feature that is commonly seen in treadmills. The incline and decline feature gives a more realistic outdoor biking experience and if you are using it with iFit, the bike automatically adjusts the incline/decline based on the terrain for a more enhanced experience. It also features a 10” full-color HD Touchscreen that swivels through a 180 degree turn, allowing you to follow along with the interactive workout programs when you are both on and off the bike. It is iFit enabled and you get a free pair of 3-lb dumbbells for extra cross-training. The other features include a dual-speed console fan for cooling and built-in speakers that allow you to plug in your phone and listen to your favorite music while exercising. There really isn’t anywhere that the ProForm TDF bike falls short when it comes to features.

Worthless pile of garbage. Save your money. I’ve had one since they debut in 2010 and it’s constantly burning out the resistance motor & console, warranty company now refuses coverage

This is the most shockingly useless of the bikes in recent times ... we spent $1400 buying this thing second hand from someone. It worked well for a few months then started to intermittently lock up on the console. I was told to do the firmware upgrade, which I did, and now it still loads the console, but absolutely nothing works, no buttons nothing. It's simply unresponsive. Pro-Form and iFit should somehow sort this out. There are hundreds of these really good bikes going to waste because a simple software issue seems to have rooted them all.
My feeling is ... a firmware downgrade would give us a fighting chance at fixing it ... or somehow a forced manual reset ... remember the keypad doesn't work.
It seems like the iFit software locks up the console ... when it can't connect to wifi or can't connect to its site.
Whatever it is, the bike as noted below becomes a brick. This is not just isolated to our own TDF 1.0 ... it seems common on the 2.0 and other models of trainers.
This is ridiculous pro-form ... how can you leave all your last decade of buyers out in the cold and not get something done to fix this. Come on guys.
    Class action anyone?

Don't know why anyone would buy these gimmicky things. Just buy a solid exercise bike for $400. Go buy a go pro, and tape an actual bike ride and replay the video on an iPad. No reason EVER to pay 40/month for workout videos. That's just ridiculous
