    Beautiful. Where did you buy your light leather look jersey fabric?

      I live in Brazil and buy everything here. I don't import from overseas at all. I can never link to the fabric I buy.

    Beautiful tutorial.
    I really like this pattern. The twill tape addition to the pocket is a great idea.
    Thank you.

    Beautiful jacket. Love the unique zipper guard detail. As always you have done such a professional sewing job. Being 5’8” I like the Sinclair patterns tall file. They fit so well.

    Thank you for sharing your jacket patterns with us. I have always wanted this kind of jacket pattern that I tend to see in athleisure wear but I couldn't find a sewing pattern to replicate this style. I love the zipper guard detail, hemline and pocket options.

    Thank you! It was very informative to watch you do this version on the pockets! Do you think you will ever do the zippered version? That would be so awesome!

    Hi Karina, I’m so glad you put this as I am about to make a Juno jacket for a plus size lady - just trying to get the fit right across the bust. It will be a challenge for me, I will do a toile for me first so that I get the techniques right, then I’ll do a toile for her - lots of work ahead. Love all your videos, thank you. Your jacket looks amazing. 💕

      If you look at the size chart, you’ll see that the larger sizes have a cup size of D and E. I think that’s great so it shouldn’t be too hard to fit with that base.

    I can't wait to make mine. Yours is gorgeous! What do you consider a shallow zigzag stitch?

    Hi. This is the first video of yours that I've watched. You give very clear instructions. My only criticism is that when the music is on, it is so much louder that your narration. If I turn the volume down to where the music doesn't blare, then I can't hear your soft voice. I'm currently making this out of ponte knit, but with the zippered front inseam pockets. Must keep looking for a video with that. Tx.

      I don’t use music when I am talking, simultaneously. The very short sections with music only show the sewing of a specific step and my voice is not there for you to hear. I hope that’s clear. I’ve never been a fan of background music over voice and I don’t do that with my editing. So if you hear music, there was no voice to hear.

      @@LiftingPinsandNeedles You are narrating with music starting at 22:20. Narration ends after a bit and then just music, until you summarize with narration only. I rewatched the entire video to be certain. There is no music while explaining the sewing steps and I didn't imply there was. Happy sewing.

    Will there be a video with the other pocket? I` m trying to follow the workbook but I`m struggling with it. Yours is very nice but with one of the two pocket options kind regards from Holland

      I don’t plan on making another video as the request is very specific. I make these videos independently and am not paid by the brand for this content. What I’ve provided is already a lot of work. You can ask for support in the Sinclair patterns Facebook group and they’ll be happy to help there.

    Yours is so flattering! I've been eyeing this pattern for a while but I prefer jackets with hoods. Any recommendations for how I could hack one? I already own some Sinclair hoodies. Could the Journey hood work?

    • @LiftingPinsandNeedles
      @LiftingPinsandNeedles  3 года назад

      I’m not familiar with the Journey pattern but all I’d do is compare the necklines and transfer the one with the hood to the one without the hood so that it fits.
