This is my first time watching your channel so when you did the close up of the bite I thought you were offering the first bite to your audience. I did not question it cause it looked so yummy! Thanks for the cozy cooking time!
Your videos are always so calming aaaaaa they help me so much whenever I'm studying for exams :DD (I've never seen figs in my life it does make me wonder what they taste like, they looks like they'd taste very sweet)
Thank you! Im so glad they help you!! Figs are really good and one of my favorites! They taste very jam-like for me with a mix of berry and honey? But if theyre not ripe, they can be firm and pretty bland.
I have two fig trees at home but since it’s nearing fall I don’t think they have anymore figs left, next year I will definitely attempt this recipe 😭😭 but I actually wanted to try the fig leaf ice cream recipe first cause it sounds very interesting and unique
I live in northern Sweden, and here I pay per fig, like if I ever buy some, it's at the most 5 or so 😅 so this pie would be very expensive. I can get dried ones cheaper but, yeah.. no. 😂

Thank you!! And 🙈 about the 🧂 hahaha
now im wondering why i never tried baking with figs! we never knew what to do with my aunt’s tree - lots of yogurt lol. the pie looks beautiful!
