Its why even in previous WTC final also we went with 2 spinners ,jadu and ashwin on a seamer friendly track and now again ashwin got left out as we lacked wicket taker in middle overs.
I'm pretty sure that they didn't include ashwin due to the fact that this was a seamer friendly track, and they put in jaddu because of his batting capability.. but ashwin would have probably been a better choice because of his decent batting ability and much better ability to get middle over wickets. shitty selection

Unfortunately I will say that if he was 5 stone lighter then I'd imagine he would have been a permanent fixture in the Windies side due to the skill he has and probably should have been. But weight should not exclude you from playing international sports if you are skillful enough to do so
